    Based upon many positive reviews I eventually tried this fast fashion option. In hindsight there appear to be a suspicious flood of reviews that may not match reality.Products were as advertised but one skirt arrived with a blood stain visible while it was new in the package. When trying to return this item for damage or cause, the return website "blocked" me until I changed my justification to something other than a product ******** order arrived within a reasonable time, but was split into two shipments and I have no idea of or when the second will ship, not informed of the split until after the package arrived not containing the key item needed.If you can shop elsewhere I highly recommend saving the headache.

    Ordered ten items. Received the first four items in three different shipments and then NEVER received the remaining six items (over $200 in clothing). I waited over a month and then contacted customer service, which they don't make easy, only to be told the items were delivered. They sent the shipping confirmation as proof; it was the confirmation for the first item I received. I repeatedly explained that the first package WAS successfully received, but it only had ONE item in it, and not the missing six items. Their response was to check with the post office. Which I did, and **** verified that only one package was received on that date with that confirmation number. Their order summary on their website was no help, it STILL says the order is "processing" and doesn't say which items shipped and which confirmation numbers were associated with which items. After telling them I did everything they asked (check with my neighbors, went to the post office, etc.) they stopped communicating. All I asked was they send the remaining six items and if they couldn't to return my money. Nothing. I filed a claim with ****** and their response to ******'s inquiry was the same claiming they sent the items and providing the first confirmation number, so I'm waiting to see if ****** will return my $249. Its not worth the risk, DO NOT purchase from this site. Items are coming from overseas and their shipping/inventory practices are clearly not detail oriented and customer service is non-existent...they don't care because they've already got your money, what can you do? BUYER BEWARE.

    It's a pleasure to shop at Chicwish. The clothes are so stylish with good quality. Customer service is the best and so responsive. Suggest sizing down though as many Chicwish dresses and skirts are very long.

    I love ChicWish, all the clothes are just beautiful and have excellent quality, I have several skirts and sweaters and dont regrest a single purchase. Their costumer service is very good, I made 1 return and the refund process was smooth.

    Very cute skirts. I love the quality. My only complaint is the skirt lengths are long so be prepared to get altered.

    I have ordered many times from Chicwish. I ordered a beautiful sweater dress. The shipping was as promised. I loved the dress. The quality was great and it was just as pictured. I ordered another item and I did not like the fit and quality. I followed their easy return instructions and got my money back. **************** is quick and helpful.

    It takes a long while to receive the order, but it will show up. Just need to allow yourself about 4 weeks and not be in a hurry. Very pleased with the items **** purchased.
