1 starI usually don't leave any negative reviews for anyone, but this business and management were the most unprofessional space I have ever rented. I completely understand we have fees etc associated with a couple of items, but when I sat down with the leasing person I made sure I made all the correct questions. First I was told a certain price over the phone , then when I went to go sign the paperwork, according to the manager there was multiple people interested so it went up 50 dollars a month. Ok I still wanted the space. I paid first month and deposit. During whole term we had so many issues with the staff and the billing. It would charge me the day off, it would go pending and wouldn't clear until next day so in system it would post next day even if it took it out on correct day. I ended up paying all late fees 50$ plus on some months I paid additional 25$ till this day I don't know why and I never had a bank account on autopay so could not be an NSF fee. They added the late fee of 50$ into the next monthly payment so then the system would generate a single late fee charge. They are supposed to not be conjoint but additional. When Exiting I notified 60 days in advance, when i left left it spotless, paid my last month and all fees. Management told me I would get my deposit back 60-90days. I received a letter charging me a handling fee that charged my whole deposit plus a late fee but I still have not got a response after I sent multiple emails to management. Its been over 90 and they have not returned my deposit. When I called the ******************************************************* and call the location. Then another *** said it was a cleaning fee and exit fee, but that's not what I was told when I got the leasing person ever disclosed that even when I asked. If not I would have never got the office. So misleading and even made it seem like they were going to send me the deposit. Highly upset, so unprofessional and missleading.

5 stars*************************** was such a pleasure to work with when I was in the process of looking for a meeting space for my team in Washing, DC. He was very responsive and attentive. He even took the time to hope on a facetime call so I feel comfortable with the spaces that we were discussing. He for sure went above and beyond and was available to answer any questions that I had. I will for sure use his services in the future. Great customer service and care!!!

5 starsI have leased from Premier in ****** ***** for one year. I enjoy my office and the staff have been very professional and accommodating for any requests I have made for assistance. I recommend the Premier Workspace office as a great spot for a small business or a remote worker as I am.It has been very helpful to my relocation from another state.

1 starThe ************* Premier Office has been a nightmare for me. I rented for one year an office space, and when I tried to enter into the virtual agreement, it was initially agreed upon. Afterward, I was told I needed to continue paying until November the total amount. They said we would not allow you to do the virtual until November. I then gave a 30-day notice as their license agreement form stated, and they refused. They are not honoring their agreement with me. Now, they have sent me to the collections. They are currently saying now that I am 3 months past due. Meanwhile, I have everything in writing and they have taken my security deposit. They are basically out to take from you on their terms without honoring their terms. I will seek legal advice. Their license agreement is not a lease but a license agreement. Therefore, it is not binding if followed. Beware of the ** office.

5 starsI love this organization. I recently relocated from ***********. I simply transferred my lease into a space that in fact is a bit larger than my last office with a wonderful view of Turtle Creek. The staff here are AMAZING. There is no shortage on communication and follow through is immediate. *****, ****** and ***** are more than helpful. They're bright and cheerful. That helps on rough days. This is a great spot to have an office and run your business. There is ample *************** and your clients (no compact spaces, gotta love *****!) The building is well situated with many surrounding amenities and restaurants. With room to grow, I plan to be here for as long as I can.

5 starsIt has been a pleasure to work with the General Manager, ********, at the Woodland Hills location. From the moment I inquired about availability, she promptly responded and went out of her way to show me the space availabilities and find extra options to create an even nicer office suite. The location is terrific in the area, with ample parking spaces in the garage, a lovely modern entrance and waiting area, and two very helpful and knowledgeable staff members, **** and ******, who assist with all administrative questions. The space is well maintained and support is readily available whenever needed. I very much appreciate of the *************** the management team has embedded into the Premier Workspaces experience.

5 starsThe Premier team at the ******************** location is beyond amazing. ********, ****, and ****** are remarkably professional and friendly. ******** is an outstanding manager who goes above and beyond to help the clients. **** and ****** are quick and attentive to accommodate you and always give you a warm welcome at the front desk. It almost feels like you become part of a family here, not just another client. They truly make coming to work a sincere pleasure! 5 starsI have been renting an office at Woodland Hills Premier Workspaces since April 2023 (so 3 months and counting) and my experience has exceeded my expectations. The facility is very nice. Modern design, nice thick walls so neighbors can't hear the voices from my countless zoom calls, and the best part is the great customer service! ******** was able to work with me on move-in dates and onboarding was very smooth and organized. She also helped me troubleshoot a billing issue that was resolved very easily. **** and ******, who both run the front desk and office, are not only very capable in supporting my office needs, but are lovely people that I enjoy seeing everyday. This is an extremely well run office and a well-oiled team. So happy to be here!

5 starsWoodland Hills Premier Workspace location is a great location for any type of business. Close to many different restaurants, close to a post office, and within walking distance of a park. After weeks of touring multiple locations, ******** sold me on the space. It was a bit out of our price range but it was one of the best places we have rented from. She was very patient showed me many different options and made sure to give me the full tour and answered ALL of my questions. Again after touring several offices I felt most at home and welcomed here at Premier Workspaces. The staff here is just as amazing as ********. It's also clean, safe, and a great place to network. Thanks again ******** and Premier Team!!
