      Do not buy cars from this place. I bought a Jeep from here and it broke down within a month. I called and they asked me to bring it in, I sat in the check in line for about an hour to be told to take it to a Jeep dealer. They did not honor the warranty and told me to take it to Jeep. If they fixed it, it would take them over a month to get my car back. They denied me a rental because the car was not a Toyota. Never went back to this dealer. They offer you extended warranty that they don't honor themselves. Now they keep sending me letters about extended warranty, I told them to take me off the list many times and they still send me the letter. They even found my new address. SAVE YOUR SELF HEADACHES WHEN YOUR CAR BREAKS DOWN. DO NOT BUY HERE.

      Email from ************************* at Auto Nation Irvine yesterday: "Hello ***, I have some great news for you, I was able to get you $21,500 for your CX-5! What time tomorrow works best for you?" Went in to Auto Nation Irvine today to meet with *****. After sitting in the waiting room for half an hour, ***** comes out and tells me that the folks at Auto Nation Irvine who make the offers made a mistake and used the wrong trim level. Instead of honoring their offer, Auto Nation Irvine would only pay $20,500 for the car - $1,000 less than their written offer that got me in the door. I rejected their "revised offer", left, and won't be returning to Auto Nation Irvine - ever. Doesn't matter whether it was a mistake or a bait and switch negotiating tactic. People that I do business with keep their word and honor the deals they make. Must be really tough times at Auto Nation if they're willing to try to re-trade and lose a customer for life over $1000.

      Beware of the salesperson (***********) pitching a gift of a cooler when you purchase a vehicle from AutoNation Toyota Irvine. It's a dealer markup that they disguise as a gift. And they had no coolers!! Three weeks after purchasing my new Tundra nothing! And no status when asked from dealership. $2,800.00 dollar markup. Shady salesperson and dealership.

      This is by far the worst toyota dealership I have ever experienced. Their customer service is terrible especially the finance department. They are uncommunicative. I bought a new car here and have been trying to reach them to cancel warranties but they are not available. All I got was a call back from them saying they will send me the documents for me to sign but I still have not recieved them. I sent emails, called them, and even went in person and still have not been contacted back to resolve my issues. I find it really surprising that they have so many people here but they are all too busy to even help you. STAY AWAY if you value your time and just go to a different dealership if you can

      Do not buy a used car from this place. I purchased a **** Audi TT and took it to the Audi dealer and this thing needed more than $7000 of repairs. At first when I test drove the car, all was good. The radio was the only thing that wasn't working. I went ahead and purchased it in cash. They told me they would compensate me for the radio and I never heard from them again. ******************************* was the sales guy, he completely ignored my requests and emails. I am now stuck with this car that is a lemon and am trying to save up money to get it all fixed. These people took advantage of a single woman and duped her with a piece of sh*t car. How bad was the car? The bottom plate was zipped tied to the car. It is leaking all kinds of fluids. The airbags don't even work. They claimed this passed all their service inspection which is a total joke because any service department would have seen these details. The battery was from 2016 as well, things you can't see when you just look over a car before you buy it. Because of the Thanksgiving holiday, I was unlucky and Audi did not get a chance to look at it until after the cooling off period was over. I am livid! This car was supposed to be a gift for myself after a painful divorce and these guys made my experience even more painful than my divorce!       Zero stars my 2020 Camry has been at the dealer service facility waiting for a wire harness for over a Month This part is on back order and not even my case manager knows when the parts are going to arrive Im disappointed frustrated and helpless by Toyotas Corporation incompetence to deliver a solution to my problem I dont Toyota cares I dont a vehicle

      Zero stars. They list cars on their site. The car shows to be available. The site allows you to buy the car online. You can start the online purchase process and give all your personal info and possibly they run a credit check. Then they tell you the car is presold. This has happened to me twice. Very shady business. Stay away.
