    I ordered a part from them on 7/11/2023, a driver's-side mirror. To date, I have not received the part, and it's now 8/8/2023. There has been no movement on tracking. I placed multiple calls to them and selected every single extension possible and could never reach anyone. Nobody ever called me back. I never got another email with any updates or something advising me they could not fulfill my order. They just took my money. Fortunately, I used my credit card to make the purchase and am going through the bank to get my money back. I just want them to refund the money without any hassle. I also want other buyers to beware of this company, with their substandard business practices and nonexistent customer service. **********************, you get ZERO STARS!

    May 31 we ordered a front bumper we received wrong part , I figured I made a mistake tried to return and get bumper but no one would return call only could get a hold of after hour sales person this was done May 31 2023 for $367.94 it is now July 31 23 and still no one has responded to remedy this situation

    I have tried calling and calling and calling and emailing over and over no response at all I am still waiting for a response on where my product is if they do not have it or can not get it then I want my money back and I will order them else where because I feel like I got scammed I even emailed the company that makes the product and it says there email doesnt exist so I want my money back or a explanation

    They suck!! I had bought something from them and 3 weeks had passed and I never received tracking info. So I called and called I called more than 60 times in 3 days and nothing. Its like they didnt exist. Emailed, called, did everything to reach out and nothing. Lucky for me I payed with credit and had my credit company somehow get the money back. 600 bucks for a part and after 4-5 weeks I finally got a reply from GOMiata. Long story short I told them they were c*** and can go to h*** I got my money back thanks to my credit card company. These people are a scam

    ordered parts from this site over a week ago. i got no information, no tracking number, no order confirmation nothing. i called them over 30 times and not a single person has answered the phone. i want my money back AND i want the product i ordered. this is unacceptable ESPECIALLY given i was buying a part to ensure the safety of my car.

    On 28 Sept 2022 I ordered a set of six flywheel bolts for my **** Miata. After six days with no fee back I started calling. Twenty three calls over the next few days to all of their departments with no answer. Left several emails and phone messages. Nothing. Left a message with the weekend/ after-hours operator and she said they would call after they opened at 9 am. Nothing. Called again to customer service and got a VERY unpleasant person who said they had sent a verification and tracking number. They had not. I finally got the tracking number from him and checked it out with ***** They said the shipping documents had been created on 7 October, but nothing had been sent as of 10 October, I tried calling again, but no one was answering in any department or the operator. Nearly two weeks and nothing from goMiata.

    Date of transaction: 8/19/22 Amount paid to the business: $83.88 The business committed to providing the correct parts for my automobile I ordered two automotive products. One of the items received is the wrong part for my vehicle and the 2nd item I ordered has never arrived even though Go Miata states it's been shipped. I have left several messages with their customer service and sales departments and only receive a voicemail. I have contacted them via email and received a reply with suggested video help to install item #1. This video was of no help because the item I received is not for my year vehicle. I explained this in my email reply to them, but have not received any further response.
