    On November 30th , I placed an order for a service and a place by the business name of ******************* did the worst business ever. The gentleman was extremely rude and refused my service after having me wait 4 hours

    The Weedmaps website and app are platforms that enable legal marijuana users to locate dispensaries, delivery services, doctors and deals in their local area.  From there end users may elect to place an order with a dispensary but Weedmaps is not a party to such transactions.  In this instance, it appears that the end user placed an order with Swift City dispensary and had a less than optimal experience.  We recommend that the end user/complainant follow up directly with Swift City so that they can remedy the situation.

    I cancelled services with this company, they confirmed my cancellation then charged me anyway. They went months avoiding phone calls, emails, and text messages. Saying they would get with their billing department to resolve the issue, but the issue was never resolved. They then went silent and stopped responding.

    In reviewing this matter, we have determined that the customer is indeed entitled to a refund for a service that was previously cancelled.  We are presently processing the refund which may take anywhere from 7 to 14 business days.  Concurrent with this response, the sales manager will be reaching out to the client to confirm that we are presently processing a refund as requested.

    Can you please reopen complaint #********.... *********** made it seem like the issue was resolved, and now a month later they are coming back and trying to bill me again and cancelled my services even thought I paid for the service this month.

    Since December 18, 2024, we have made repeated attempts to contact the complainant to discuss how best to address and satisfactorily resolve any remaining concerns.  Unfortunately the complainant has been wholly unresponsive.  We now encourage complainant to contact us at his convenience.  Thank you.

    Date of transaction Feb,22,2023 Amount paid 165$Weedmaps claims to only have verified dispensaries that deliver safe/sealed products. I later found out that the dispensary that was approved by weedmaps is using another dispensarys adult retail licenses and it doesnt have any permission to. Theyre also delivering opened products with dirt built-up on them. The nature of dispute is still unsolved. Weedmaps has yet to respond to my complaint and the dispensary itself will not refund or exchange my product.
