He lied and made everything sound good just to get my information and run a credit report even though I was first told they wouldnt do a credit report. Then He just repeated all of my debt that I told him about upfront and he said that Ill still get approved. THIS IS A SCAM!! Dont waste your time like they did me

Lendvia is yet another example of predatory and deceptive lending practices. I receive a pre-selected letter for a debt consolidation loan, detailing amount approved for and what the monthly payment would be. When I apply online, I receive the same information. Then I receive a call to verify and they claim to send the application to their underwriters when in fact they are just diverting you to a much higher margin and profitable product for them, the debt settlement option which requires you to stop paying your cards and completely ruin your credit. But because they have a "special" relationship with the creditors, they can negotiate the debt way down. This is the exact same scam several other similar institutions are using and it is completely lacking in integrity and borderline fraud.

The loan offer they send you is just a hook to get you to apply, so they can get hold of you and try to convince you into stop paying your highest debt cards, so the creditor would be force to negotiate to get at least some of their money, while in the process you get hit with not being current on those cards. The person you speak with will try to sell you some bs that this is the only way to resolve your debt, that there is no hit on the credit score or it's just temporary blah blah blah, but in the end of the day, why would anybody trust a company, that offers something on paper, then try to get you into another thing, while having one name, but then when you receive the email from the agent, it's totally different company, then a third one is going through the process with you. So many red flags, that I don't know if all those positive reviews here are paid reviews, since they are talk about their loan being approved and the low interest rate and what not, but I am sure that nobody that received a letter in the mail and approached them was actually offered a loan. Complete con artist work! Run as far as possible

I wasn't sure about this at first, the process was a bit different that I've gone through in the past but it ended up working fine. Customer support was amazing, they still have humans you can talk to that will understand your situation and try to help. Funding took 1 extra day because something odd with my credit but I got funded and am able to take control of my finances finally.

I was misled by *************************. He made everything sound great. He was personable and friendly. We discussed debt solutions and he got me approved. I went ahead with this because I asked if my credit rating would be affected if I go this route. He said it would not. He told me not to make my payment to my creditor for the current month and explained how much I would pay to start my debt solution payment. He also said his company works with my creditor. He said a company called Alleviate would be handling my case and that someone from there would be contacting me in a few days which they did. The gal from Alleviate explained how this works and said my credit WILL take a hit. This was contrary to what I was told by *************************. She said that they will not contact my creditor for 4 - 6 months. She explained if I get any summons to contact a company named Sentry. This is not how I understood this to work per my initial conversation with *******************. I called my creditor to explain what I was doing and I was told they have never heard of Lendvia nor Alleviate. I wish there had been honesty up front. Now Ive made my first payment for this service and I feel like Ive been had.

Unlike others I actually felt compassion and care throughout something that they made easy and pleasant it did take some time but I got the money!

The application process for the debt consolidation loan was fairly straightforward. After calling and answer 4 or 5 questions I Spoke to an advisor and waited to be approved. I was also pleased with the interest rate I received, which was lower than the rates on my credit cards and other loan.

They helped me get a loan which helped me reduce my monthly payments overall, great customer service. Thank you ******
