    This company is a in so many words bullcrap. They manager that was appointed to me ****** ******* started out nice and basically tried to tell me that my accounts was not gonna go into past due, due to the new terms but thats how this work. Id have to go past due for and my credit takes a dip. I sold my house and didnt need them so I wanted to cancel my contract and he called me berated me like why wouldnt I keep them. If I have money from selling my house why wouldnt I need them now. He basically was saying I was stupid for doing that. Ive never been late paying my bills and Im not gonna start now. They were sold to me as a loan but couldnt get one. Talking to the *** on Alleviate chat, even she said all my bills would have to be past due in order to get a new deal. Alleviates FAQ even says this but he assured me no no thats not how it works under the new terms. I have bills past due now, Id have to wait for negotiations for the new amount and who knows how long that would take. When I can pay these cards off and close them. He was very very rude and cut me off and hung up. Saying how long hes been in the business. I dont know how they were given a A+ rating by the BBB.
