    I was sent non functioning equipment and repeatedly emailed the company for 5 days straight with no answer and no resolution

    The product I had ordered (Nuvio chiller pro) stopped working after 4-5 days of use. I filed a warranty claim. After a few days and multiple reaching out they had finally gotten back to me. I explained what was wrong and then I hadnt heard from them for another 3-4 days. Once I submitted all the video and picture proof of unit not working properly they still have not gotten back to me with a solution. We are going on 3+ weeks since the initial complaint. I use their product for medical purposes and they have not resolved the issue. I had then explained that I would just like to send back as a return and they explained to me that the unit has been used and can not be returned. Normally I would understand but how is anyone supposed to know if the unit is working properly if it is not used. I have asked repeatedly to resolve the problem by simply sending me a replacement but it has been nothing but a fight. The issue for the product is that it is not cooling the water to the desired temperature, unit says it is colder than what the water is. For example pictures attached show the unit is reading 50 degrees and the water temperature is 72 degrees.

    8/10/2025 Order #***** Cost $649.49 Nuvio Ice Bath Recovery Chiller The product doesn't work and the support team is not helping me to return it. The chiller doesnt cool the water at all. I want to return the product. This is a scam. Bad customer service.

    I purchased this cold plunge chiller called ChillerPro on June 30, 2025. I finally received it on July 26. I opened the box and followed the directions exactly as they were written. I wouldn't even power on at all. I sent an email that night explaining this. Received a reply on the 27th, stating Please can you send me a video of the set up and the chiller not functioning properly? From here, I will pass this information to our warehouse team who will then assess this and process the resolution for you." I sent video to ********** He/She or whatever ******* is replied 2 days later, Any replacement parts will be sent to your current address: Occasionally, we may need you to return the damaged unit. If thats required, well provide a free return label later in the process."I replied back "Let me be clear, I do not want replacement parts! This is a brand new unit and I am not spending my time or effort installing any parts! You can send me a return label now. Any reputable company would do that, and you know that."******* replied back on the August 3rd. "The warehouse has looked into the information provided and has asked if you could please remove the wire from the water pump and try to start it again. If this doesn't work, we'll first provide an additional power cord, and I will ask the warehouse to expedite the shipment". This company is awful. No communication since. The reviews on the internet and BBB are awful. This company needs to be shut down immediately.

    I order a Recovery Chiller on 12/27/24 (Order No. *****). However, I did not use it until about 2 weeks ago for the first time. This chiller does not perform per their marketing. I reached out to the customer service, and they state the chiller takes 0.8 - 1 degree an hour to chill. This would take over 40 hours to chill in an outside condition in *******. Their website states, "Cooling Performance: Cools to as low as 39F, working effectively in hot climates Cooling Time: Cools to our recommended ice bath temperature of *****F in 1-3 hours (starting at 60-70F)."The two statements clearly conflict, and no way I would have purchased this item if I had known that it would take 40 hours to chill the cold tub. Their marketing statement is a lie - if it is 70 degrees and takes a degree an hour, that would be 10 hours (not 1-3 as the website states).They do not take returns, despite it not performing consistent with its marketing materials. The product does not perform as advertised.

    I made an order for a product on May 15th, 2025. There was an additional up sell quantity which i did not order on the actual receipt when it was emailed, which i disputed and got nowhere. Then i just check my credit card history and they have been billing me ***** USD per month.for some subscription to their store which i never subscribed to.     I purchased ************** from Nuvio home in April for ******** was a one time purchase. So a month goes by I hadn't even recieved my initial purchase and I see a charge for ***** on my card.i start an email dialog and explain i did not join their membership club and I want my money put back on my card.there answer was they would be happy to cancel my membership and refund half of the money they fraudulently charged me.since i refused to let them steal even half my money I nolnger even get a response. They must have the membership c*** in the extra small print. I want my Money back and for this predatory practice to stop

    To Whom It May Concern,Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Faulty Product and Inadequate Customer Support I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a product I purchased from your company: Nuvio .Since receiving the unit, I have experienced persistent and unresolved issues:* After two months, the machine began to malfunction, prompting my first support request. (Machine was not cooling) * At the four-month ***** the issues continued and were not fully resolved despite additional support.* Most recently, I received a temperature probe three weeks ago. Since installing it, the machine has become increasingly unreliable and now fails to turn on consistently.I have made multiple attempts to get assistance, but support has been significantly delayed or ineffective. I have also not had access to a real person to properly discuss the matter.     Because of the size of our ***** *** it takes over two days to reach the desired temperature. I have no use for this and I have already boxed it up perfectly in the box it was shipped in. Like I said before, since this chiller does not meet my needs because my ***** *** is so large, I will post negative reviews on every website including the better business bureau and retaining an attorney for restrictive, difficult, or unfair return policies for a chiller that obviously does not meet my needs because it takes over two days to reach my desired temperature so I have a product I can do nothing with.

    I order a TV Max antenna from Nuvio Home on 2/10/2025. It doesn't work.I have contacted the company many times and I'm still waiting for a answer.
