    I bought a grow light from Medic Grow that is defective. Medic Grow has been giving me the runaround for months and refuses to send me warranty parts or to refund my money. All of their phone numbers are answered by a recorded message mentioning different company names. Medic Grow has horrible customer service and apparently is a scam. You have been warned.

    I purchased a refurbished light from Medic Grow and I am not happy with the quality of product I was provided. The light arrived filthy and when I tried turning it off with my controller half of the light bars remained lit. When I emailed asking what to do I was told that is what I get for ordering a refurbished light.

    The light arrived malfunctioning and I asked for help and was rejected. What support do you intend on providing to resolve this situation?   I need a working light or a 20 amp timer.

    I filed a complaint and the follow up from the company was a lie. They offered to send me timers rather than replace the light. I was hesitant but agreed as it would fix the issue even though under warranty the lights should be replaced for being faulty. They then message me saying the company who makes the timers is out of business and they cant send me timers for the two bad lights I have. After that they admit the lights have issues and offered 100 bucks as compensation for the issues. Thats not how a warranty works.

    We would like to provide the following explanation:

    The customer purchased our light bulbs in 2021, which is now more than two years ago. Regarding the issue of light quality, we have always made efforts to resolve any problems for our customers. The customer's complaint is that the lights are slightly dim. Our engineers have analyzed the situation and determined that this slight dimness has no impact on plants. Additionally, the customer has been using the lights for over two years without any complaints about negative effects on their plants. Therefore, we believe the lights can still be used normally. However, we have proposed two possible solutions for this particular customer:

    The customer can send the lights back to us for ************ repaired, we will return them to the customer. (The customer expressed concern that without the lights, their plants would lose their vitality. If the lights were indeed faulty, we wonder why the customer insists on using them. Since the slight dimness of the lights has no impact on plants, we believe the customer would not take such a risk. That is why the customer did not choose to return the lights initially.)

    As a gesture of goodwill, we offered to refund $100 to the customer as compensation. Unfortunately, the customer declined this offer.

    On 3/31/2023 i purchased a fold 6 light from medicgrow.com, the light was on sale for $399 and i had a 10% off code which brought the total to $****** and the payment was done by bank wire transfer. Recipitant: Growponic ink.Aba routing# ********* Acct# ********* Address: *********************************** Amount: ****** Sent from my suncoast federal bank account on 3/31/2023 and recieved on 4/1/2023 and my order was cancled on 4/2/2023.I have tried to call which is a cell phone because they text me from it ************ and blocking has been activated. I have emailed them and gotten no respones. They are a ghost now.Just want them to settle up

    Purchased 10-10-22 5 emails from 3 different emails addresses. Will not return.Called 6 times left 6 messages. No answer or return call.Amount over $150 email used to purchase *********************************** used paypal to buy I do not want this purchase. I want a full reundf!
