  Over $1000 paid and not one single Lead since June 2023. And no one will return calls for help. This is the worst investment that I have ever made in my life. I dont understand how they can continue getting away with this.

  Class Action Lawsuit - Anyone that has been targeted and brought into this disgraceful so called "Professional Lead Generation" Platform should contact your local authorities and legal representative. There will be a civil action lawsuit in 2024. There is only a minimum of 2 people needed. There are more than enough complaints to comfortably ***** this company and get back all we have lost in time, credit and lost wages. I've Seen fly by night scams like this many times in my career and it's unfortunate and very sad how we fall victim to them. Why? Because we are honest and trustworthy. Unlike us, the true hard working professionals, transparent by nature, distilled with strong work ethic aiming to grow our network and serve our client customer's a higher level of satisfaction, there is a felon on the other end of this phone line looking to take advantage of those traits, earn your trust, then take everything from you and give you nothing in return. You'll suffer, like many others while the scammers live on your money and sleep well without a single moment's care of you or the garbage they gave you. Meanwhile, you'll do hours of leg work to undo the damage they caused you. Now is the time - Class Action Law Suite. Once someone has to take accountability for anything in the in the presence of a judge in court, the song bird will sing like a Canary, People like this need A- Recorded judgments, B-Subpoenas, ********** liens and finally D-*********** Accounts to remedy what is owed. Even then when forced to do something right and deal with their own accountability, it will still take work but it's 10x more attainable in the form of a civil action.

  3/14/ 2024 - Emailed them through the website and to why they let scammers on their website- got two of them that came through and Just got a scammer on their site. The scammer will pose as a buyer to get access to your cell phone. Of course, not response from set schedule. All they are interested is taking agents money. They don't give a dam who is coming to their site. Fake a** leads with fake a** names and numbers with fake a** address and fake a** loan amounts. Been with this fake a** bull s*** since Jan 2024 and get my money back. I am telling everybody and the better business bureau take this fake a** s*** down.. Way too many complaints. They don't answer the phone or your emails or phone calls. AND DONT GO FOR THEIR SO CALLED RED MEMBERSHIP. THATS BULL TOO.

  I checked my CC charges today and found a $1700 charge for Set Schedule. I have called to ask for the charge to be reversed as I have been very dissatisfied with the leads. I have not received a call back. I am disputing my charges. I tried to call the individual I spoke with when signing up and have not received a call back. I a VERY unhappy!!!

  I am a 40 year Realtor with a great deal of experience. It is hard to convince me to spend $$$ on receiving leads. However, ***********************, was able to convince me that this site was legit. I paid $2,137.00 on 8/31/23. I called *********** and left a message. So far no response and I have left a couple of messages. I have not received 1 lead. I was told by someone that there is a Class Action Suite and I would like to know about that.

  Scam! Got 100 leads and was promised the world only to get fake leads. They can say what they will but this is 100% scam. I am a real estate broker and this company needs to be shut down.

  This is a real estate lead service. I was told in August 2023 that I would get exclusive referrals that were live transfers. After a few months and NO live leads I called "customer service" I was informed that leads go to 3 agents at a time and I am ALSO eligible for 2 types of live leads-1) live transfers that round ***** and 2) Live calls that go to the first one that pick up. So we are now 5 months into this and still no live calls. Whats even more ridiculous is the "leads" I get have no idea why I am calling them. In fact, I just spoke with one that said he had not been looking in my area for more than 2 years. This program is a scam and embarrassment! If I could give no stars, I would.

  BEWARE, SCAM! Do NOT give these SCAMMERS 1 single *****! I bought 100 "leads" and had 2 people respond...... 2! These are fake leads and have zero interest in buying or selling. Then, as promised, they agreed to send more leads once I go through these. THEY WON'T EVEN RESPOND!!! I have worked the heck out of these, called, texted, emailed, and on a nurture campaign. NOTHING. I would appreciate a refund of my waisted &**** at this point! No, I don't want a 15-minute call with you so you can fill me full of more BS. I learned my ******* but I hope this message reaches 1 person and makes them see what a scam this is.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! SetSchedule overpromised and UNDER-DELIVERED! I worked with their leads for 6 months - was a top user on their app and did not receive one transaction after nurturing their leads for a year via email, phone, etc. I run real estate team and know follow up! I also used their app and got notified over 17 times for a lead to be passed over to me live on the phone - and that also glitched or was non-responsive. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

  If I could give Set Schedule negative stars I would. There is no way this company should be allowed to operate. Set schedule allegedly offers real estate lead generation for an annual subscription, but quite literally failed to ever establish our login credentials for the account. We worked for months aiming to get anyone to give us access to the interface and it never was successful. Since NOTHING was established and no services were ever used, I asked for a refund which was hastily denied followed by this is completely unacceptable and we apologize for the inconvenience. This is not what our company stands for. We will get you connected to our set schedule concierge to get this resolved immediately only to never call back. I took this action roughly ***** times. I even attempted to call the individual who got us signed ** in the first place, a scam artist named *********************, but he refused to talk and said he has nothing to do with us anymore and we should speak to the concierge. The whole entire operation is a mess, it is a contractual service that fails to even begin offering a service. It would be one thing if the service was poor, but to not even follow through with the intent of the contract is another illegal even. I dont wish ill on many, but for set schedule, they deserve every bit of karma that is coming to them. I hope anyone considering utilizing them finds this review and runs as fast as they can in the opposite direction after being approached by their completely fraudulent business.
