    This company sells software and electronic equipment to dealerships that does not function properly and has no actual technical support available for their products at this time. When you call the company they instruct you to leave a message because they are too busy to take your call, but they will never call back. This company should not be allowed to operate if they cannot follow through on what they offer, which is hardware and software with INCLUDED SUPPORT. I have technicians at my dealership that cannot perform the functions of their job due to the complete lack of software support from this company.

    We actually do not sell any products.  We are an IT support company.  I truly believe you have the correct name but the wrong company profile.  Please let me know if we can be of assistance.

     

    There are a couple companies with the same name hence the mix up.
