5 starsWowThank you SO MUCH ****!!!Acceptance Financial has truly been a game changer for me. I didnt want to post a review until I was confident and sure enough 7 months in I am VERY IMPRESSED. Sometimes making financial decisions can be difficult, its important to have a team who actually cares and who will pick up the phone when questions arise. I am so grateful for **** and a couple other people at Acceptance. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for dealing with my constant phone calls and always returning my call. Most people cant handle me and my wife!! LOL. We couldnt be happier with the services you have provided us. Thank you for always being there and making this process as easy as possible.Review fromBreanna C

1 starI have never requested a loan for Edge Capital Systems, LLC, or any associated company. I receive ***** calls per day offering me a loan. These calls are generated from an autodialer to a cellphone. I am now logging these calls and will report every one of them to the Utah AG office, the California AG office, and the Colorado AG office until they stop. Whenever I asked to be removed from a calling list, I was immediately hung up on. I called the 800 number listed here, asked to be put on the do not call list, and confirmed the address to follow it up in writing. This review is to also notify Edge Capital Systems, I am not interested in your service and do not wish to be contacted by you again.Review fromAlyssa S

Thank you for the feedback, we really appreciate any opportunity to improve our customer experience! Upon looking into your application, we think their may be a mistake as our records indicate you went online and requested a call from one of our representatives. Upon further review, we called you for your requested appointment time then just two other instances in order to complete the application. We would never call someone incessantly let alone over 42 calls in one week. Often, clients will look into multiple lending options with different companies so it can sometimes be difficult to pinpoint who is who. We wish you the best of luck and hope we can help you again in the future!Review fromSam M

1 starI got a pre-approved letter for a loan. I read the reviews first, so I called with caution. I asked whether I would be getting a loan or are they going to try debt consolidation. The woman said that they offer a loan first but it depends on if you qualify, and if not, then they offer debt consolidation. I asked her how many loans has she given out in the past year, and she starts telling about their A+ BBB rating, so I pointed out the bad reviews about bait and switch. She started ranting about other customers waiting and then hung up on me.Acceptance Financial

Thank you for the feedback, we appreciate any opportunity to improve our process! However, this is not how we do business as our team has clear guidelines we are required to follow in order to meet all state and federal compliance regulations. Based on the info you provided, we do not have any record of your interaction with our team. Please send us some additional details to: **********************************Review fromJared M

1 starDefinitely a bait and switch. The letter that arrived at my house suggested a consolidation loan of up to $40k with rates starting at 6.95%. I filled out the form and the guy on the phone made sure to collect all my personal information up front. I was hesitant to give my social and he picked up on that and sent me this link to bbb. We continued and I began to ask questions the guy didn't like it. I told him I was looking for debt consolidation and wasn't interested in the bait and switch garbage of debt negotiation companies or low rate come-on ads that resulted in loans at 25% interest rates. I suggested it was pretty sketch to mail out an offer that was never going to be offered in reality and that I hoped the low rate offers of consolidation wasn't being used as an excuse to start a conversation about debt negotiation. I straight up asked if they were a debt negotiation company. He said that that they were a lender and he suddenly plays the victim and tells me that he doesn't appreciate my derogatory statements and that he'd ignored them up to that point in the conversation. I told him that being direct and asking questions wasn't being derogatory and that if he wasn't about to offer me a bait and switch then he couldn't possibly be offended by my statements about that practice as being crooked. He decided to "fire me" as a potential customer at that point, saying he wasn't going to put up with me and hung up. The only answer I can glean from the interaction is that my questions were a bit too close to the reality and he didn't know how to continue the conversation without somehow making it my fault. Had we continued, I feel fairly confident that it would have all come out that letter was a bait and switched. I'd be shocked to find out that anyone was offered a consolidation for up to $40k at 6.95%. Go ahead Acceptance Financial prove me wrong.Acceptance Financial

Thank you for the feedback *****, we certainly appreciate any opportunity to improve! First off, in regard to loans, we are proud to say we are funding loans with clients every day. Unfortunately, not everyone qualifies for every promotion (as much as we wish everyone did!) After reviewing the call, we did not get the opportunity to see what your loan options were as you were rude to the point of bullying the rep you spoke with. We understand that it can be frustrating when you are dealing with many different companies and still not getting anywhere. We've been there! Frankly, we are all human and sometimes we need to remind ourselves even though it can be difficult when so many interactions are over the phone or on the internet in this day and age. We are happy to help anyone that asks, would you still be open to looking over your options? If so, please send an email to: ********************************** with your availability/contact and we will ensure that you have a positive experience! Thank you again.Review fromAndrew H

1 starThey sent me a letter saying pre-qualified for a loan to consolidate my debt. I went to the website and filled out an application with the code, they said I was pre-approved. They called me and instead of offering me the loan I wanted they tried to talk me into a debt program which would have required me to stop paying on all of my credit cards and have them arrange payments through them. If I stopped paying on all my Credit Cards (which are all in good standing) it would have hurt my credit more to stop paying and let them go into a debt program. When I told them I was only interested in the loan suddenly they said I wasn't pre-approved. There's much better and friendlier debt programs out there, such as ********************, who helped me get on top of my finances and fix my credit.Acceptance Financial

Thank you for the feedback on your experience, we really appreciate the opportunity to improve. As a lender, we are required to follow all state and federal guidelines. Based on our interaction with you, is it possible you are mixing us up with another company? We did not get the chance to go over your loan options and we are not a debt collector/negotiation company so we cannot "arrange" any payments as you stated. We would love the opportunity to work with you, would you mind sending an email to: ********************************** with your availability and contact info and we can ensure you will walk away with a positive experience! Thank you again.Review fromEdonna L

1 starBuyer Beware - Bait and switch - You get a letter in the mail with a loan consolidation offer from Acceptance Financial sounds good. Consolidate debt and lower what I pay, great. However, they do a soft credit check and if you don't qualify for the loan(s) then you are speed talked into a debt resolution program offered by *************************. After reviewing comments about ************************* on BBB, I ended up backing out of the process and asked the representative to cancel my application. Please be careful out here because I truly feel I dodged a bullet.Acceptance Financial

Thank you for the feedback, we appreciate any opportunity to improve our process! However, you applied for a personal loan with us and you had just taken out another personal loan less than one month before applying with us. We fund loans every day however in this current economic climate, not everyone can qualify for unsecured loans. We truly wish you the best in obtaining additional loans and hope we can work with you on another personal loan in the future.Review fromYenifer S

5 starsFrom the moment I called through my whole time on the phone ***** was amazing. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the questions I had. ***** was able to explain the process of the debt relief and difference between a loan which I honestly found the debt relief program to be much more beneficial for a long term solution. Im glad I made the decision to enroll and thanks to ************ was worry free throughout the process by him explaining each step and what to expect.Acceptance Financial
