  I'm being forced to use this company for my background check by a new employer. I can obtain a background check from my local police station within 30 minutes. For some reason, this company takes a week (if not longer) to accomplish what I can get done in 30 minutes. **************** is a joke, might as well not even exist because they aren't good for anything except regurgitating some weak, standardized talking points that have been passed on to them by some unqualified member of management. I'm having second thought about working for my future employer if they are doing business with such an inept and incompetent company such as "Accurate".

  My future employer used this do called company , over 30 days later nothing , i paid for a complete background check from another company and it was done in 9 days for another employer , i dont see how this company uses oh the clerks havent sent your info in or whatever lame excuse they use , it's ridiculous to think this group of lazy people has the power to control if you get a job or not , now that i have been living in my vehicle because they cant do a job correctly i am going to have to find a different employer or something because winter is coming and **** *****

  Worst background check company I have ever gone through. If i have to provide you all the information then its not really a background check its me doing your job for you.

  Accurate is the worst background check company I have ever dealt with, and I plan to escalate my complaint to regulatory agencies, for all the reasons stated below. Luckily, my company accepted my complaint, and went forward with me, but I was distraught over what I was put through. It took me hours to get my info submitted to them, because their website kept timing out and I had to resubmit my info over and over. Then they asked me to fill out Word doc forms instead and upload them. Because I had a long work history, and they could't be bothered to verify, they then asked me for W2s from 10 years back.

  Stupid company. Never trust this people. Irresponsible and dont care about our complaints. They dont know how to do a background check properly. I never see such a worst company in my entire lifetime. They are not deserving even one star.

  I was an HR director and I never had it takes so long for a background check. Meanwhile, new hires wait for their results as their bank accounts drain. Is the company legit? Numerous complaints with the Better Business Bureau as well. One stated that they went homeless waiting a month for his results and didnt have time to get another job before becoming homeless. I'm in a hotel as traditional for a new home and job. My bank account draining as I wait for my results.

  Extremely slow I've had the same job for 20 years the same state issued license and only attended 2 highschools and with the technology and resources they have today with the information and numbers I provided it should not be taking 2 weeks for my results

  Extremely slow and no resources or ways to find out progress. Their website to login doesn't even work. They have bad reviews all over ****** for a reason. If you have to deal with them don't waste your time. They're very well known for giving reports with false information too.
