    They truly are horrible, they delayed my employment 3 different times. They did not meet their 10 day deadline , or their 15 day deadline, and now pushed it out 22 days and counting. I think they are ***** and the more eager you seem to be for results the slower they drag their feet. The agents get a kick out of hearing you stress while they tell you its in progress and we cant give any information. I lied and said perfect delay it longer so I can enjoy a vacation and I can tell the agent was so annoyed and bitter that I did not sound stressed out,Deep down I am pist off and stressed out. They are incompetent, unorganized, *****, and fake. There should be a class action lawsuit for all the people who have had employment offers delayed or revoked because the accurate stupidity.

    I've never seen a background check last more than a week like this. **************** team has no ability to contact the team processing my background. Zero updates and taking way longer than any other services I've used in the past.

    Waiting... Waiting... Waiting... And more freaking waiting for my background to clear. Are y'all short staffed? Do y'all need help? I'll clock in and work, because y'all don't. How dare y'all mess with people's livelihood and take forever to clear background checks. Y'all need to cease to exist since you don't help anyways. I believe the Reddit reviews on what they're saying about Accurate. Y'all shouldn't be called "Accurate". More like, "Trash-curate." That sounds better.

    Im about to be left homeless because of this company.. its been a month and they cant give me any information on whats going on. Ive done background check in the past and the longest it took was 2 days. They dont even try to help all they say is sorry itll be done soon.

    Worst company ever! How are they still in business?! I have waited 2 months! And my background check has not cleared. I quit my job the right way, with a 2 week notice. So I could start this new job but little did I know that it was going to affect me in the worst way. I am not financially suffering from this. I cannot work without the background check being cleared. I have a clean record. No criminal history. **************** is trash. Every single time Ive reached out they have different answers as to why its taking long.

    Let me just start by saying this is one big joke of a company. Thanks to them I didn't even get the job after jumping through all their hoops and that took two months. The paperwork they sent me said I was not hired because "recipient failed to respond" which is just a lie because I have replied to every email they have sent me and I have proof in my email sent folder. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

    Absolutely abysmal. What a joke of a company. They started a background check for me 3 months ago and it hasn't progressed since. Everytime I call, whoever answers just sits on their hands and says their's nothing they can do. They never meet their projected times and have put me in financial jeopardy thanks to their incompetence. My advice is, if the company you're hoping to work for is using these clowns, just look for work elsewhere. You'll get a check sooner that way. They avoid responsibility for their ineptitude by pointing the finger at counties/states. They should seriously be held accountable for lost wages when they're the only part of the hiring process causing delays. If anyone knows of a class-action lawsuit against them please let me know so I can sign on. Can not stress enough how absolutely terrible my experience with them has been.

    Its the worst company In the world. My background taking forever! Not giving you any explanations is just my background Still pending for two weeks already! They just giving me heart attack, I have a very good offer from ******************, I dont have any idea if I can start the job soon. I really need that Job. I heard the people waiting for more than eight weeks. This is ridiculous. Im stressed out like I have never been before! I cant sleep! When Im calling them, they not giving me any information, not giving me even approximately time what it might take to finish the background. This is ridiculous.

    Accurate is the worst background company I have had to deal with. Everyday they need something, you send it to them and they don't update your file. Then they send your new employer email stating you are not responding to their request. It's enough to make me not want to work for a company that depends on this company for background checks.

    This company does not even bother to report accurate information. They do not do a thorough background check which can lead to false discrepancies on your background check. They fetch people from overseas to complete the background check so that they can skip out on costs. This leads to inaccurate reporting and a lack of accountability.
