I placed an order on June 7, 2024 through drbrite.com for one order of the Anti-Plaque Mouthwash Mint- 2 pack x1 and one order of Anti-Plaque Toothpaste- Mint x1. My order number is ***********. Please see attachment with order number for reference.I only received the toothpaste, which I was charged $***** for. The **** tracking number: is ********************** and I received the toothpaste on June 25, 2024. Please see the attachment named "Proof of Toothpaste sent" for reference.However, I have still not received the mouthwash, which I was charged $***** for. I would like a full refund for the mouthwash. I have emailed this company several times, and ****************, **************** Representative, keeps refusing to send me a refund but instead keeps saying that the mouthwash will be sent as soon as possible. It has been well over a month since I placed this order and I believe it is unreasonable to expect a customer, me, to keep waiting for a small order of mouthwash from a company that is in the **************** initial order came to a total of *****. I have received the toothpaste, which was priced at ***** and the shipping was *****. So I am expecting to be refunded ***** to my credit card that I used to place this order for the toothpaste. I placed an order with Dr. Brite toothpaste online a half a month ago, and emailed them twice asking for a shipping tracking number, which I never received, and no one has responded to me. They must be a scam, and after reading so many complaints hereafter, I am concerned that they stole my money. I would like a refund of my money from them. On May 20th I placed an order for toothpaste and mouthwash bundles. A few days later I was informed via email that my order was delayed and they expect it to ship out in 10 days. I waited a month without receiving anything meanwhile getting emails about sales the company is running at the time. I reached out to customer service for a refund twice and was told that even though the order had not shipped, the order was processed and I could not cancel the order without giving me any estimate of when it would ship. Its now a month and a half from the original order date and I have neither my $50 back nor any indication that I will ever see the product I purchased. They appear to be continuing to sell more product and this seems like it went from a legitimate business to a fraudulent oneInitial Complaint

I have placed an order 5/28/2024. I received an email 2 days later saying that they are expecting delays and my order will be shipped within 7-10 days. Few days later, another email from them saying more delays are expected. I asked to cancel my order since Im traveling and I need the order sooner, they refused to cancel. Then on 6/20/2024 I see another charge from them for a recurrent order. Then today 07/12/2024 I see a third charge from them. When you call them no one answers. And when you email them, they refuse to cancel and offer a coupon to use for next purchase. I just need my orders canceled and my money back. Dr *********************** doesnt exist anymore (no products shipped, no customer service), yet are taking money, advertising via bots, deleting ALL comments (as theyre all saying the same thing). Whats worse, so many of us are on subscription plans that can only be cancelled via customer service that doesnt exist. My order in May hasnt shipped obviously, but Im seeing that this issue has been going on a lot longer- I just didnt know about it before I ordered. Please can somebody look into this company and stop them continuing to steal from people when they have clearly gone bankrupt or closed yet are still taking money.I need this subscription cancelled and my money refunded, as does everyone else currently stuck in the same boat with no way to cancel.Thank you.Initial Complaint

Providing ALL of the info and facts goes over characters allowed. I will consolidate- can provide more detail if asked. I placed an order on Dr. Brite's website on May 13, 2024. My card was charged for the purchase on May 14, 2024. In the confirmation email there is a shipping disruption notice that is vague and alludes to courier delays. On May 16 I received a canned email from their VP of Operations stating they are moving to a new facility amongst other things the email states: "Regrettably, it means that there will be a slight delay in the delivery of your current order. Please expect a delay of approximately three days beyond the original estimated delivery date.". On May 21 I received another email with this statement included: "Despite our diligent efforts to maintain timely deliveries, we have encountered some unforeseen challenges that have led to additional delays. We now anticipate that your order will be shipped within the next three days." On May 24 I received another email with another change to expected delivery. "We are deeply sorry to inform you that your order, has not yet been shipped and is now delayed by 10 days. " At this point I replied back on May 24 and asked if there was any estimation for when my order would ship. This was the response provided on May 27 to my May 24 email : "Thank you for patiently waiting. We are truly sorry for the delay. We just completed the move but we are still not at a 100% capacity and it will take up to 30 days." I replied on the same date and asked if it could take up to another 30 days. On May 29 I was told "Yes but it can be earlier." On June 26 I emailed asking for my order to be cancelled. On June 27 the response was they are unable to cancel my order, yet there is still no shipping date. On June 28 I replied demanding my order be cancelled. As of July 2 this is the canned response: " Im truly sorry for the frustration youve experienced. Were working hard to ship your order as quickly as possible."Initial Complaint

They hid their policy that you cant make any updates to orders on their FAQ page as opposed to actually making you aware of this when you place your order. Their customer service also took multiple days to respond. And to top it off, when I placed the order the shipping time was shown as one business day. A positive - Dr. Brite makes outstanding products. I have been a loyal customer since ******** lately they have done a poor job with customer service and communication.I placed an order on May 31 for products and I was supposed to receive them within a week. Today is June 27th and I have STILL not received the products - almost a month later. They claimed that shipping was delayed because of a move, but they should not continue to take orders until they have gotten caught up with the backlog.They have a customer service number which is never answered by a human and I last received an email on Tuesday, July 25. I asked when I could expect to receive my items and that question was not really answered. In the past when I have had a problem with Dr. Brite, I have been able to arrange a phone call and being able to directly speak to a person has been able to solve the problem. This time - nothing. I placed an order on May 28th for dental products. Amount paid $41.56. They charged me $7 for standard delivery. Time went on but my order wasn't shipped. I reached out to the company, DrBrite sent me an apology and assured me that their team works at their best but there might be a delay. On June 8th I've received an email stating that my order is delayed for 10day due to the company move to a bigger facility. During this time I've decided to ****** if anyone else have a problem with Dr.Brite and there a lot of people who haven't received their orders for a long time. Dr. Brite just takes money and never send out orders. Yesterday, June 21st I've reached out to Dr.Brite and asked for a refund since my order is still "unfulfilled". They again sent me an email stating that my order would go through express process and will be shipped "today". My order is still unfulfilled and they do not offer me refund just keep promising to ship today.
