    Oct 31 2022.. this company promised me to refund back my money since I cancelled their program.. they promised me 10 working days.. i called nov 17 they said they gonna process it by 3-5 business days.. and they want me to talk to their supervisor to process the refund. But it seems phobe just kept ringing.. pls help to refund my $786. Thank you

    Our records indicate that the client has been assisted with their concerns by upper management. The requested refund was already processed for $736.30 on  11/16/22 and a confirmation email was sent. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

    I paid these characters $455. Only to realize that they are con artists in affiliation with a fraudulent company called CrediCare, whose website is a sham. I tried logging in to my supposed account for two week into only to find that I couldnt. It wasnt until a week later I told them in writing that I wanted to cancel my account and wanted a full refund (mind you they hadnt worked on my consolidated account) they quickly sent me all login info. But I kept telling them I wanted to cancel and wanted my full refund. They only refunded $15. They equated a phone call and ensign documents, I guess, to the $430 dollars missing from my expected refund. Stay away, stay away! Run! Keep searching for a better company. I did and they started working on my account immediately! These crooks are just that scoundrels.

    I went with JW financial to help with high interest cards and loans, they took $335 from my account and none of that money went toward my creditors, it went to their lawyers which did nothing for me. When I requested a refund, I was told that I would only get $6.26 because the rest was given to their lawyers. I requested a cancellation in August and they still charged me in August for services that I did not receive. I want my money back because they did nothing for me at all and it was never explained to me that my payment would be going to their very expensive lawyers, rather than my creditors, it was also explained that it would only cost ***** a month and they charge me much more than that as shown.Totally predatory business practices. This tactic needs to change.

    A review of the customers account was conducted and revealed the following. On 8/15/22 the customer notified ********************** of his intentions to cancel his account and the cancellation process was started.  The cancellation process immediately stopped any deposits from pulling from the customers bank account.  We apologize for any inconvenience. We already processed the refund as requested.
