I accessed the site while researching loans online, and to check my rate as it stated, it will not affect my credit score . They ask you to enter basic information to do so, for instance, your name, address, email and phone number. I did not follow through on obtaining loan, as I received a loan through my credit union. However, credit nine calls me repeatedly throughout the day mostly from a 949 area code number. I do not have any credit9 or any of its affiliates and ask the repetitive calls stop. thank you.Business Response

The date is 03/21/2024. I called the business for a loan and not a settlement program. I stated this three times. I would have not given my information, nor let her run the soft copy of credit. 1st thing she said you do not qualify for personal loan due to you not having over 5000 in credit card debt 1st lie then I said I do and she starting naming the credit off. 2nd lie it wasn't t on the credit report she was looking at, it's on all files. 3rd lie, I asked her did she understand that I only wanted a personal loan, NO credit settlement program. Obtaining a copy of your credit report via a soft credit pull, which has no negative impact on your credit score, was necessary to evaluate if a credit9 loan product was available to proceed with an application. A review of your credit information indicated a loan offering was not available. Not withstanding the above, we have asked a credit9 representative to contact you directly. Records indicate you enrolled into the Advantage Law Debt Defense and Resolution Program (Program) on May 2, 2023 for a term of 48 months, upon speaking to a representative about available options. During that discussion, the representative explained that a loan was not available at that time based on the financial information provided by you. Instead, the representative offered the option of the Program and the possibility of loan in the future. More specifically, you were provided a Loan Eligibility Conditions disclosure that outlined criteria that would need to be met in order to potentially be eligible for a future debt consolidation loan from credit9. No assurances of approval were provided. One of the conditions was the following:
All loan decisions are subject to underwriting approval.Satisfactory documentation required by the Lender to obtain a final approval includes, but is not limited to verification of qualifying income, assets and payment history. Approval is not guaranteed and is subject to reconsideration if there is any material change in your financial status, or with the information provided in your application.
On March 7, 2024, credit9 contacted you to move forward with a loan application, and currently, additional documentation is still needed in order to complete your application review. Records indicate you have been in contact with credit9 representatives during your application process, and we encourage you to continue to communicate with the credit9 representatives during this process. You can also choose to stay in the Program as you have made significant progress. Four of eight enrolled debts have already been settled less than 12 months into the Program.

Somehow got in their list and they are calling me 6-8 times daily from numbers all across the country. Finally talked to someone and told them to remove me and am still get calls. They pretend to be a loan company but they are merely debt resolution.Business Response

On 12/6/23 I entered into a loan agreement with Credit 9 and part of the agreement I signed, stated, in the event that one of my settlements was less than $500: (the amount that Americor allocated toward that fund less the settled amount was less than $500), that I had the right, at my discretion, to have that money refunded to me. This is in writing. They are refusing to honor my agreement and have absorbed the $341.20 and supposedly applied it to my loan. They refuse to refund the money to me even though it is in a written and signed agreement with them.Business Response

A refund option is only applicable to total remaining balances under $500. Upon resolution of your remaining accounts, a balance of the padded funds totaling $1,648.86 remained, which is greater than $500 and has no refund option. Notwithstanding the foregoing, credit9 is willing to extend a courtesy to you, refund $500 to you, and apply the remaining $1,148.86 to the principal balance of your loan. credit9 has already been in contact with you about this resolution and has processed a refund to you in the amount of $500. Harassing phone call 3 to 4 times daily after repeatedly telling them I did not need their loan offer. Called the no call list 888 number, as with most telemarketing bottom feeders they steal banks of local numbers from out of state and continue to harass you after months of repeated leave me alone I do not need your services conversations with their representatives on recorded lines.Business Response
