    I made my payment for this card . They took the money from my account but they are holding the payment for TWO WEEKS to verify it. When asked what the reason for this is, they do not have an answer. In this day and age of instant transfer this is absolutely unacceptable.

    I'd give these a******* a zero star rating if I could. Changed my address so they blocked access to my account through the website and won't unblock unless I send them an updated drivers license showing the new address via FAX or snail mail.No email option and no willingness to work with me.**** them
