    The iTrustCapital Staff, ***** *** and **** **** have been amazing. Onboarding, Rollover, Funding and Distribution process has been expectedly detailed and at times tedious but the process has given me a feeling of security when working with iTrustCapital. I would definitely recommend iTrustCapital when looking for alternative to the typical *** management and/or investment companies.

    I had a very poor experience with iTrustCapital, specifically with ***** *., a ********************** ***** was extremely rude during our interaction and did not answer all of my questions. She requested ID verification, which I promptly provided. I was later told the documents matched only to then be abruptly informed that they would not be opening an account for me. No explanation was provided, and I was simply told to "go find another company."The lack of transparency and professionalism was frustrating. Im genuinely confused how this company has such high ratings my experience with both the customer service and the website (which feels very outdated and poorly designed) was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend iTrustCapital to anyone based on this interaction.

    I have used iTrust Capital for several years now and I have always had phenomenal customer service and rapid response to my questions or concerns. I recently needed a distribution because of an emergency related to damages from Hurricanes yes multiple this past year in ******* and the typical Slow response from insurance afterwards. I am always impressed as they have really streamlined their processes and it took me no time to receive a response. First, less than 1-2 hours after the request ****** *****, who has helped me before, responded with the document to authorize the withdrawal and processed it extremely quickly. ****** has helped me with distributions and other issues in the past and has been absolutely wonderful in helping me multiple times. She is so wonderful and has been extremely supportive in the past with any issue I have had. Next, I was scheduled on a verification call with ****** ***, whom I have also dealt with previously. He was extremely precise and punctual in his timing first making sure via text and email that I would be available. He contacted me with my Zoom link and we spoke and he was very friendly and answered all my questions and concerns and made me feel very confident in His ability and the ability of the company to help get me the money I needed to survive. He told me he would process the distribution ASAP and he wasnt kidding me as he had it sent and wired to my account the next day. Truly he was a wonderful and incredible help during a very stressful time. I have been very happy with my decision to go with iTrustCapital for my retirement and I appreciate the staff for always helping me when I need it.

    I worked with ***** ********** **** on a account issue that was kind of complex for me but with their excellent expertise and communications, it turned out to be smooth and easy. I've been a very happy client of iTrust Capital for about 4 years now and it's because of the excellent people that go out of their way to be helpful in any situation that comes up. Every time I've had a concern (or even a complaint issue), the result was complete satisfaction.
