    I got a recall letter from *************** for a recall about a safety bar being installed into the second roll of seats of my *** ******** 2023 I called and told *** of ************* about the letter they said yes bring the car and they gave me a date I took it in waited a little bit only to be told to bring the car back today September 11th 2023 that they have the part in they will install it when I got there I was told they got the part that it's on hold they can't do the work yet I have to wait for another letter to come to me I called another *** ****** who looks stuff up for me because it didn't sound right I found out the part was never ordered they lied to me they don't want to take care of my vehicle because I did not buy it from them that's what I feel I am 100% disabled I can barely walk I feel I have been discriminated against they lied to me there was no way this part is on hold it was looked up by the company and I found out what they said was not true they never ordered the part for my vehicle I cannot believe they did this to me I drove all the way out there two times only to be lied to I will be taking my vehicle to another place that was honest *** of ************* is not a very good facility to go to they do not tell the truth they lie and it's wrong is it that they don't like working with people that are disabled I feel 100% I have been discriminated against it's a shame because disabled people could do a lot more than you realize so shame on them they lied to me never ordered my part made me go out there twice for nothing wasted gas and everything I will never deal with them again they are the worst company to deal with they're bad because I went elsewhere and bought my *** they offered me way less for my vehicle another place paid my *** off and gave me a good deal but I will no longer deal with this ******ship I recommend nobody to deal with them especially if you're disabled they are against disabled people.
