    I was a late enrolled student, and it had been told that I was going to have 5 weeks to withdraw from the program and receive a partial refund. I withdrew in 2 weeks and only took one class. Not only they did not refund any dollar but also they charged an additional US$423.

    The invoice for my tuition was changed multiple months after I paid my tuition, which resulted in an outstanding account balance. I have been trying to get in touch with anyone at the institution to request a reason on why the invoice had changed and have not received an answer yet. Now they're telling me it will impact my legal status in the US if I don't pay the outstanding balance, but there is still no explanation of why the invoice has changed. It is impossible to get in contact with anyone at the university, even my student advisor. I cannot recommend anyone to get their degree at this university. It has been a horrible experience for me.
