    I ordered a suit from Combatant Gentlemen on 2/26/2023 that was supposed to ship in 3 weeks. I paid $220 up front. Its now been 6 weeks, and I havent heard a single thing from them. I have now requested them to cancel and refund my order several times. Still no response.

    Placed an order for a suit jacket on 3/5/22 for $120 - order number D-******. Estimated shipping was 3 weeks from order date. Initially inquired about order status on 6/5/22 and was told the order was processed and should be in transit from their off-shore factory. Followed up again on 7/6/22, 8/15/22, 10/24/22, each time being told it's still in process. Requested cancellation of order on 11/2/22 and received confirmation of cancellation on 11/4/22, being told it can take up to 15 days for the refund to show. Followed up on 11/28/22 and 12/5/22. Received response on 12/6/22 that the order was canceled successfully and the refund was submitted back to my bank account, and to contact my bank for further updates. Checked my bank account and contact my bank, Chase - no payment was returned. Followed up on 12/19/22, received response on 1/4/23 with same response from 12/6/22.

    An order placed two months ago (with a projected fill date of 3 weeks) has not been filled. The business has ignored repeated attempts over the past few weeks to contact them, so there is no way to get a projected timeline or a refund.

    I purchase a pair of pants from them for $36 total on 9/28/22. They didnt fit so I sent them back for exchange which they received on 10/25/22. I have emailed multiple times regarding not yet receiving this order with no helpful feedback. I know the exact pair of pants they owe me are not sold out, as they are still listed on their site in the same ************ for purchase. Im tired of dealing with this company. The only way to reach them is via email & no phone number to contact.
