On 8-4-25, I had a call from company. I was told that they could help me get rid of my debts. I was told that they would negotiate settlements with my creditors. Upon reading the agreement I seen that this agreement was nothing that was conveyed to me. I called this company to cancel this service, left messages, no return calls. I also emailed asking them to cancel this service, again no response.Business Response

We respectfully disagree with the claim that we did not respond to the clients cancellation request.
Upon receiving the request, our ******************** attempted to identify the account but could not do so because no valid email address was on file. Without this information, we could not process the request immediately. Once we identified the account, we updated the status and made multiple outreach attempts by phone to confirm the cancellation and review the next steps.
Our records show that we have not successfully connected with the client despite these efforts. We have escalated the matter to our Retention Team for final resolution. We remain ready and willing to complete the cancellation process once we establish direct communication with the client.
This process follows our standard procedures to protect client accounts from unauthorized changes and to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.Customer Answer

what they are saying is not true, i have left several voice messages with my name asking them to return my calls, also they have my email address. how else would they send me document to sign?
this company is not honest at all. i have to screen shot the calls i made to them, and the email i sent them requesting cancellation.
i canceled because they told me something different than what's on paper.

We respectfully disagree with the customers characterization. Our telephony and email logs reflect multiple outbound attempts to contact the customer and deliver documents for signature using the email address on file. We take accuracy and transparency seriously and will gladly verify all communication records.
To resolve this promptly, please send the screenshots and any pertinent materials (call logs, emails, and your cancellation request) to ***************************** so our Compliance Team can complete a full audit and finalize the account status.Customer Answer

ONLY RECENTLY HAVE THEY CALLED AND THE LAST CALL BEING ON THURSDAY, 8/21/2025. THEY TRIED TO CONVINCE TO STAY ON AS A CLIENT AND SEVERAL TIMES I REFUSED THEIR DEMANDS THAT I STAY ON. I TOLD THE PERSON THAT I DIDN'T NEED THE SERVICE AND THAT I WAS LIED TO INITIALLY. I TOLD HIM THAT I DIDN'T WANT OR NEED THEIR SERVICE. AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPT TO KEEP ME ON HE FINALLY SAID HE WOULD CANCEL THE SERVICE AND SEND ME AN EMAIL OF CANCELLATION. I'M YET TO RECEIVE THAT EMAIL. ALSO, HE SAID NOTHING WAS TAKEN FROM MY *********************. I CHECKED WITH MY BANK AND NOTHING HAS BEEN TAKEN OUT, HOWEVER THEY DID IN FACT MAKE SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO TAKE $500 OUT OF MY CHECKING ACCOUNT. FORTUNATELY I DO NOT KEEP THAT AMOUNT OF MONEY IN MY CHECKING ACCOUNT ONLY WHEN I'M PAYING MY RENT AND OTHER BILLS. I HAVE DIRECT DEPOSIT FROM SOCIAL SECURITY ONCE A MONTH AND FROM THERE I PAY MY RENT AND OTHER BILLS.
OBVIOUSLY THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY. PLEASE NOTE, THE EMAILS SENT ARE ASKING ME TO SIGN ANOTHER CONTRACT WITH THEM, AND THE PHONE CALLS THEY CALL FROM SEVERAL LOCATIONS ***********, ********, ******** ETC. NO IDENTIFICATION, ONLY A NUMBER AND LOCATION. I'M THINKING IT'S A SCAM CALL SO I DON'T ANSWER. WHEN I CALL THEM BACK, IT'S AN AUTO ANSWERING ROBOT WHO ANSWERS THE PHONE THEN PUTS YOU ON HOLD. I STAYED ON THOSE CALLS FOR OVER 45 MINUTES. NO ONE EVER CAME BACK ON THE PHONE.

This company called my phone in violation of the **** on July 11th. Their stance on the fact that it's their call center and not them is laughable. They benefit financially from these calls. Therefore, they are liable. Won't acknowledge a demand letter. At least one **** case in the court records. These are willful and knowing violations.Business Response

If any contact was initiated by a third-party vendor acting on our behalf, please know that all such vendors are contractually required to comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). This includes adherence to restrictions on automated dialing systems, prerecorded messages, and contacting numbers listed on the National Do Not Call Registry.
We take allegations of TCPA violations seriously and are committed to addressing valid concerns in good faith. To initiate a proper internal investigation, we require sufficient documentationsuch as the phone number contacted, the date and time of the alleged call, and a copy of any related demand letter.
Once we receive this information, we will conduct a thorough review and, if appropriate, follow up with the vendor to ensure accountability and full compliance with all applicable laws. While we are open to discussing a fair and reasonable resolution, we cannot take further action without the necessary identifying details.Customer Answer

I sent a demand letter to customer service email address on your website. The email was sent on July 28th and has all of the required evidence. You haven't opened it once.
The letter was sent from ********************
Your claim that you take TCPA violations seriously simply isn't true. The email was sent on July 28th and you had 5 days to respond. If you had opened it, you would know that. I will be filing a complaint against Resolution Processing and Morning Law Firm on Friday.

The company called my number which is on the federal and state do not call list multiple times to solicit their service. I would like an explanation of why my number was called.Business Response
Date: 07/17/2025
A third-party marketing affiliate, not our company directly, made the call in question. While we permit certain affiliates to promote our services, they operate independently of us. We require them, through contractual agreement, to comply with all federal and state telemarketing laws, including strict adherence to the National and State Do Not Call (DNC) lists.
We do not condone unauthorized or non-compliant outreach under any circumstances. Upon being notified of this incident, we took immediate action to escalate the matter with the affiliate responsible for it. We have instructed them to remove the complainants number from all contact databases permanently and to cease any future communication.
We take DNC violations seriously and enforce a zero-tolerance policy with our partners for noncompliance. We are continuing to review this incident internally and will take further corrective measures if necessary.
While we regret any inconvenience this may have caused, we want to emphasize that our company does not engage in unsolicited telemarketing practices and remains committed to protecting consumer rights.Customer Answer

The alleged third party marketer failed to disclose their identity during the call, and only actual company name used was Resolution Processing LLC. If the calls were made by a third party, please disclose the name, address, and contact information of the third party as was legally required during the call.Business Response

We take this matter seriously and appreciate the opportunity to respond to it. The call referenced in the complaint originated from a third-party marketing company.
We always strive to ensure and enforce, to the best of our ability, that any third-party marketing companies follow our strict compliance standards. We expect all marketing efforts conducted on our behalf to respect consumer privacy laws, including the National Do Not Call (DNC) Registry.
We have investigated the matter internally and immediately flagged the complainants number in our system.
We placed the number on a permanent Do Not Contact list and directed the responsible marketing affiliate to remove it from any future outreach.
We do not condone deceptive or aggressive marketing tactics. Any third-party marketing companies found to be violating our policies are subject to immediate review and potential termination.
Resolution Processing is committed to responsible, compliant outreach. We regret any inconvenience this caused and want to assure the complainant that no further contact will occur. since I am on the do not call list, and your company allowed a call to be made in violation. the *** is VERY clear on this matter, "Companies that illegally call numbers on the registry or engage in illegal robocalls can be fined up to $50,120"
you will need to make payment of $50,120 as per FCC guidelines. You have 10 business days to comply.

We respectfully disagree with your interpretation of the law, as we believe it lacks merit. Additionally, we have no record of your information in our system and no involvement with the party responsible for generating the call in question.
