    My house is 2850 sqf, they installed 25 Canadian panels and now I have $758 only electric charges. What the heck? Not professional at all and now I'm thinking what to do. Absolutely NOT RECOMMENDED. Stay away from this company.

    I'm generally pretty skeptical of contractors and always spend way too long reading reviews, but I've had bad experiences in the past so I make sure to do my due diligence. Obviously for solar, it was an even bigger deal because it's expensive and I want it to last as long as my home exists on this earth. I spent a while checking out a bunch of companies on my own terms - I didn't want a high-pressure sales guy knocking at my door and not giving me space to think, but it seems like the solar industry is filled to the brim with those kinds of people. Anyways, a friend of mine referred me to Evergreen, and they actually respected my knowledge and research on the subject. Maybe they realized I'd done my homework and an upsell wouldn't work on me, but I choose to believe that they've got my best interest at heart, regardless of whether a customer is educated on ********************** or not.One thing I really appreciated was their patience with all my questions, and I had soooo many. I asked them about a few different options and styles of panels since I wanted them to look good on my roof (I care about that kind of thing) and they were patient with me while I was trying to make up my mind. I never felt like I was bothering them or wasting their time. Instead, they seemed genuinely excited to help. It's just a different experience when the people you deal with actually care and are passionate about their job. I thought I knew all there was to know about solar and tax breaks but they taught me a few things - I guess that's why they're the professionals and not me lol.Everything was going perfectly until there was a slight delay with the permit, but that was actually a delay from the city's side, and totally out of evergreens hands. Even then, they kept me in the loop and communicated the issue and explained what was happening behind the scenes. I kept bugging them about it but they always picked up the phone.I would suggest asking for **** when you talk to evergreen - good luck!

    Got a few quotes from other local companies before going with Evergreen Solar & Construction. These guys werent the cheapest however my neighbor recommended themHe was happy with his roof and solar projectSo far everything is going good with the my solar panels.

    Go Evergreen solar out of ***********/ *********/ *******/ Imperial Valley area is a joke! The lack of communication and the misinformed staff is upsetting. Staff/ representatives show up to house with no phone call, text, email or any other notice regarding visits. I had solar panel setup on roof since oct/2023 (currently: 02/24). They also didnt do any kind of research regard where electrical panel/ meter can or cant be nor I was never asked if I would like the panel/ meter in a different location, since current local doesnt meet city guidelines. The struggle of working with this company has been a disaster, disappointing, and a regretful experience. I encourage anyone considering solar panels to reconsider having evergreen solar as the company to do the work/ job!
