    This company does not answer the phone once a policy number has *** issues. You cant get anyone on the line for customer service of any kind. No one answers the phone to file a claim, give you the number to file a claim and no one even answers the phone to update policy holder information. I once pressed option 2 to update payment info and accidentally got thru and the person had my file open as he said he did. I asked him for two things; my policy number and the number to file a claim? They put me on hold for 5-7 minutes and then hung up on me. I need to file a claim and cant reach anyone there! Please help and do whatever it is the BBB does?

    I would like to document my concerns with this company. I was told I had to purchase the extended warranty for my *************************************************************** by way of the dealership. I was apprehensive but purchased the policy (which I've never had before). I called back a month or so later to change the credit card and was told they would update my account, that never happened. After more thought I just wanted to cancel the policy - called several times to the phone just ringing and no response. I've since had to place a dispute with my credit card company to stop the payments. I called the number on my credit card statement and it's another company. When I call that company I get connected with ******** who only handles claims and could not discuss cancellation stating I had to contact the original company. I honestly don't know if Highway Auto Protection is even still in business. I just want my policy canceled and no future payments coming out of my account. Please BEWARE of this company.
