If I cld give this so called company a Zero stars I wld. They are unprofessional and rude as all get out. They don't like to answer the phone and when they do they say the agents are at lunch and will call you back. They are TRASH!!!Review from James T

Would like to give this company 0 stars, if that was possible. This is my second time dealing with this sham of a company. Twice, they have convinced my 89 year old mother to purchase their car warranty. The first time, after calling them numerous times trying to cancel, we had to cancel her **** card. This time around its the same thing. We get their overflow folks who promise a return call within 6 hours. Of course, that call never comes. So we are canceling her new **** card to minimize the loss. I have a feeling that many of the car warranty companies, and the billing companies associated with them, are owned by the same sleazy people.Save yourself the money and aggravation and STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!Review from Aki U

Its a scam!! I called them after receiving dozens of letter in the mail about my car warranty. Caller did not specified what the true amount of the payments and I ended up giving my credit card information. Immediately after knowing how much they were going to charge me, I refused the service. Months later and they keep charging me for something I didnt want.Called twice at two different times and days, and still zero support. Last call center agent said I had to pay $502 for the following month because I had a balance when I specifically said I did not want it and wished to cancel whatever was that was open. So canceling a service you dont want with this company is practically impossible. They have no shame in taking peoples money and scam people into buying these so called services.Why would I say yes to a warranty extension on my car knowing 100% what it meant, on payments that are bigger than my own car monthly payments?Review from John M

Stay away this company is a TOTAL RIPOFF. I sold my car and tried to call and cancel (there is never anyone there). I then sent them my cancellation info by certified mail; I had confirmation that it was received by them. And they STILL are taking money out of my account This is the absolute worse company I have ever dealt with. If you're considering using them for coverage don't! I pity anyone who falls their hype.

Arc spoke w/ customer on August 20th and per conversation we confirmed that we received paperwork of **** of sale and was told that payment will be stop as requested. No payment has been taken out since 07/07/2021. We haven't receive a call from this customer since August 20th. Customer keeps contacting billing company. As was told to customer, *************** Mepco Does not process refunds nor cancellations. Feel free reach our ************* line ************** M-F ******* CST
