I am one of the Southwest Airlines impacted on 12-24-2022. I just received a refund from SW for $41.50. I bought a round trip ticket(Southwest Airlines-Conf#**BJ33) for a total amount of ******. I was stuck at *********,** on 12-24-2022 and 12-25-2022 as my flight was cancelled on both days due to Southwester Airlines not having enough staff. I had to catch another flight, the only flight I found on 12-25-2022 that would leave ****** to ******, **. This flight cost me 1,600,60 (American Airlines-Record Locator-BZYBCO). I am seeking from SWA $216.00 for half of my round ticket purchased on 8-19-2022. I am also requesting a full refund on the ticket I purchased due to many cancelations on their part. It was extremely humiliating what I lived those 2 days in ****** due to SWA not being prepared with sufficient staff for flights booked in advance. I would appreciate if SWA reviews my case with all proof given and reimburses me for the total amount of $1,816.60.
