On November 1st, 2022, I hired a group of professionals (or I thought they were) to help me build an app that I was working on. I was paying these people on a monthly basis of the completed application features. As time progressed with the development of the app, I noticed that they weren't meeting my expectations. For example, every time I asked the team to modify a specific feature with the application, it takes them a really long time to do so. It got to a point where I literally had to repeat myself to them numerous times to make proper changes on the app. However, the app was supposed to launch in the middle of July 2023, it supposed to *********** to 9 months for the app to be completed, but every time I pick a date to launch the application, the app never gets completed or it's missing features that I asked them to adjust. Given the fact that I wasn't satisfied with the progression of the app, and the software development team of course, I decided to completely stop the operation of my development app. However, I requested for a full refund for the total amount of $17,000 that I invested in the software development team, and they said that I wasn't eligible for one. I feel like I have been completely scammed out of my time and money, and I don't think they said who they said they were. I would like you guys to help me put an end to this, so that it wouldn't happen to the next client that try to go into business with them.
