I placed a Sunlu order on 7/15/25. My order was partially motivated by a banner ad on their homepage which states the following: "Get a mystery gift worth $10 with your order! Limited offer. First come, first served." I contacted them that same day asking if my order was eligible for the gift. I received a response a few days later stating that the promotion had expired before I placed my order. I checked their website and saw that the banner ad was still there, several days later. I responded asking that my order be partially refunded to make up for the issue - while I understand that the ad says "first come first serve", I consider it intentionally misleading that they failed to remove the ad after the conclusion of the promotion. They did not agree to this request, and as of today (7/22/25, exactly a week after I placed my order) the advertisement for the promotion is still front-and-center on their homepage. Again, even if it says "first come first serve", I believe this constitutes false advertising at this point. The company knows that the promotion ended *at least* one week ago, but continues to advertise it prominently. I am again asking for a partial refund in the amount of $10, given the issue and the misleading advertising on their end. (NOTE: I received a partial chargeback in the amount of $12.61 from my bank for this same order, but for an entirely unrelated issue: I ordered a spool of dark red plastic filament, I received a bright red spool, and Sunlu outright denied my return/exchange request without any explanation, so at that point I contacted my bank as I did not receive what I ordered and I was unable to resolve it with Sunlu directly. Just wanted to state that for the record).

To Whom It May Concern:I am writing to formally complain about a deceptive sales transaction and the receipt of potentially hazardous materials from Sunlu. On September 24th, I purchased what was advertised as *** water-washable resin due to its lower toxicity. However, I faced several issues:1. Unlabeled Bottles: The shipment included six bottles of resin that were completely unlabeled, and the outer packaging lacked any safety warnings. Sunlu acknowledged that the bottles typically have labels, raising serious health concerns. Selling hazardous materials without proper labeling may violate the Fair Packaging and Labeling Act (FPLA).2. Incorrect Product Delivered: Instead of the *** water-washable resin, I received six bottles of ***-like resin, which is highly toxic and requires additional protective equipment. This incorrect delivery constitutes false advertising under the ************************ Act (15 U.S.C. 45), which prohibits deceptive practices in commerce. These actions violate key consumer protection laws:Federal **************** Act (15 U.S.C. 45): Prohibits deceptive acts or practices, including false advertising.Fair Packaging and Labeling Act (15 U.S.C. *********): Requires accurate labeling of consumer products.Given the lack of proper labeling and the delivery of a more hazardous product, I believe I am entitled to compensation. This should include reimbursement for the incorrect products and any allowable court fees under consumer protection laws.I request that the ************************ investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure Sunlu complies with safety and labeling requirements to prevent further violations that could endanger consumers.Thank you for your attention to this serious issue. Please contact me if you require further information.Sincerely,***** ******
