I ordered ski goggles and sunglasses on 12/23, and they were supposed to be shipped by ***. The *** reports they then used **** to deliver the item. They were last in ******, ** on 12/31. **** has no data on this package. It appears it is lost. Goodr does not have customer service except during the week and doesnt respond to any questions regarding shipping and in fact, report on their own website they are not responsible for packages lost by 3rd parties. They do this but then dont disclose they dont insure the package so now I cant even file a claim for the missing package. I spent $317 on these items and now no one knows where it is and I cant file a claim with **** as they did not insure package. This should be illegal since they do not disclose they use 3rd parties without insurance. I am seeking my money back as they stole money from me without providing the product. It has been 27 days without the product.Business Response

This company is untrustworthy and unprofessional! I ordered to sunglasses 10/5/24 and never received them. **** said that the items were return to the seller but Goodr has not yet resent the glasses or given a refund. The customer service options are unusable. Stay far away from this company because they will rob you!Business Response

Goodr has the absolute worst customer service. I have been trying to contact them to resolve an issue and have gotten zero reply over weeks.Business Response

I ordered sunglasses from Goodr . Cost $25. plus tax they sent emails that the order was filled , then shipped, then delivered.the sunglasses never arrived.there is no phone number to follow up on the order.there is no corporate address to follow up with . My friend had an invoice with a phone number which I called , the number was disconnected.their policy is not to follow up as they ship through third party places.i emailed them with order information , i received a reply stating that it was possible they were lost and asked if I would like them to resend I said yes, please.this was over a week ago , i have not received the sunglasses , nor have i received any information on shipping.Business Response

Ordered a pair of sunglasses on 8/26 and paid $15 additional for expedited shipping. Shipped via DHL eCommerce (tracking # ****************). DHL gave the package to **** for delivery (tracking # **********************). **** says that the package was delivered to the parcel box on 8/30 however I never recieved it. I have also filed a claim with ****, but Goodr does not respond to service requests - I have been waiting 15 days for a response.Business Response

The website said unconditional returns for their eyeglasses. Well it's been over a month, afrer numerous emails,and I have not heard from them. The prescription is wrong, the glasses are cheap dollar store plastic. I want to return them with a full refund as stated when I purchased them. I think this company is a scam.Business Response

I purchased a pair if sunglasses from the GoodR **************** located in **********. The purchase was made in May 2024. The sunglass lens is defective - the mirrored finish is peeling off. I ordered two pairs of glasses on June 21st 2024 totaling $59.88. The order number is G3186938. I received an email from GOODR the same day saying that my order has shipped. By July 7th, I had still not received my order so I contacted the company, and got an automatic response that "We are currently experiencing a high volume of inquiries. While we strive to address every concern as quickly as possible, it may take a little longer than usual to get back to you." 4 days later I have still not received a response. I searched their website for what do if my package has gone missing. It states that "We partner with third-party carriers to deliver orders. We are not responsible for lost and stolen packages." and "If the package is still missing after 2 days, file a claim with the carrier." This is outrageous. So it's the mail carriers responsibility or mine to track down the order? There are two carrier services involved: DHL and ***** When I tried to file a claim with DHL, I suspiciously get a message from the chat bot "Oops! Something went wrong. We're working on getting this fixed as soon as we can." This has been the same message for the last two days. I want a refund. I will never order from this company again,Business Response

When placing the order I accidentally hit a wrong key and the house number was wrong. DHL sent an email stating the glasses werent sent back to the manufacturer as they could not deliver them. Goodr has no number I can call and after sending 2 emails asking for them to ship a new pair (I would pay the extra shipping cost as it was my error) or refund I Have heard nothing from anyone. I am only looking to get a refund, as the glasses never made it to me and per the delivery service they use the glasses were sent back to them, or correct the house number and have the glasses resent. Its an automated message every time I send an email so I have no way of communicating with an actual person to further resolve this issue.Business Response
