I purchased (2) watches on 5/18/25. It was buy one get another 20% off. When they arrived 3 days later I cannot connect them to my phone. I've had several tech saavy persons try also and had no luck. I've gone to their refund portal to begin the process and when I typed in my order number and email it said "your order cannot be found"....I've since waited approx. 1 week and tried again at the refund portal and still get the same information!!! I still have the 2 watches never worn, and they are useless to me!! I WANT A REFUND AND HAVE EMAILED THEM SEVERAL TIMES TO EMAIL ME THE STEPS IN ORDER TO GET A PROPER REFUND!!! Oct 27, 2024 I ordered a smart pulse watch, advertised for seniors health monitoring. I received it and it was not the quality I expected. On Nov 2 I initiated the refund on their website. I was instructed to send them tracking number within in 7 days, I sent it same day. I received notification that it was received Nov 8 and signed by ***** ***. I have since answered 6 emails, requested a telephone call, and per their instructions applied for my refund 4 times on their website. I do not think I am emailing a person as they keep instructing me to do the same thing. There is no phone number anywhere. Now they have the watch and my money. This is a real scam.Initial Complaint

8/25/2024 I received the smartpulse watch, order #*****. 9/10/2024 I filed the paperwork for a return and refund. The **** RF713C1328 was the response I got from them saying wait for return instructions. The watch did not work as advertised. I have not heard anything from them since. I purchased the Smart Pulse Watch on 7/24/2024 for a total of $102.00 The watch and extra band arrived 7/31/2024. The watch would not sync to my I phone after I followed the instructions exactly. I emailed SmartPulse immediately. On 8/22 SmartPulse sent me an email with instruction and email address to fill out a return form. I filled out the form and sent it to the return portal provided. on 8/25 they sent a message that my return was received with #RF78E7C993 and I would hear from them when the return was reviewed. I ordered a Smart Watch on ******. I didnt receive the watch till later than expected. I went back on ******, there was no record of my order, so I thought I made a mistake and ordered another. The same day, I did receive the first watch. The first watch was way too big for my wrist, so I went to ****** when Ifound out it was ordered from SmartPulse. It had said free and easy returns.I went to the return website and filled out the forms to return both. For the first watch, I got a return message with a case number. It said Ihave to wait to hear from there where to send it. Never got another response. Never heard one word about the second watch. I went to the website, which listed no address or phone number. I bought a smart watch from them in July of '24. I knew immediately it was not going to work on my wrist. I received a return auth #, followed their directions and have attempted to give them the shipping information several times. The return auth page I attached did mention filling out the info on an application but I received no response when I asked where to find an application. The emails are kicked back as undeliverable. I use the very same address they use when they adk me to send them the info. I have adked for a different email or a phone number and have also asked them to call me.They received the watch at their facility on Aug. 6 and I continue to get nowhere with them.I hear from them asking me to send shipping info everytime I complain on their website. I reply immediately with the info and it is kicked back as undeliverable - again. This has happened so many times. My only contact there is *** ******* and I have done everything she asked. Once, after several times, she mentioned I was supposed to use SyncTrack to send the shipping info but there is nothing about a SyncTrack form anywhere in the correspondence. On the *** shipping label I put my return auth# and order # so they would have all the information they needed to identify the return. I am completely disgusted with this company.
