Never received my order I placed on May 1 for Fathers Day. They continue to tell me its coming and give them more time. I have requested multiple times to be refunded and they refuse even though I never even received the order.Initial Complaint

Placed an order for christmas pajamas well before Christmas. Did not receive before christmas as promised. Order # BPP180028. Total paid for this order was $268.32. Origianl **** tracking number to me is 9261 2903 3961 5700 0101 0411 36. Shipping to me was free. I have made every attempt to make it clear to this business I want a full refund. Everything in this companies refund policy states that this should not be a problem, yet throughout my various and continuous emails with this company they refuse to refund me my money, constantly saying I need to pay for shippping back. Ordered matching pajamas Dec 9th 2024. Website said to "hurry now to ensure delivery by Christmas." No delivery dates given at checkout. ************ in hopes I would have it by Dec. 24th. Had doubts the following day after I found buried on the website that it takes 2-5 business days to process order and ***** business days to receive. Reached out to them to tell them if I could not get product by the 24th then to cancel my order. They said they would "rush" it. Numerous emails telling them I wanted to cancel order and they kept insisting the order was en route. Trustpilot review response they said if I didn't receive by the 24th they would issue me a refund. I reached out on the 26th to tell them I did not receive it and they keep insisting it will be delivered soon. I keep telling them I don't want the product (I no longer have a use for it), just a refund and they keep telling me it's almost being delivered to give it 4-6 more days. I feel like I'm talking to an automated system or someone in another country because their english grammar is lacking.Initial Complaint

I placed this order November 30, 2024. Ive asked for updates *** you can only talk to their support team through a website no calls. They havent sent my package in. They saying the same spot for five days. Im not sure whats going on and *** read a lot of complaints on this company after I made my purchase. It feels like its a scam. We ordered 8 sets of family matching Christmas pajamas on 12/1/2023. They promised they will come before Christmas that was why we placed the order. We didnt receive any shipping status so emailed to ask for status on 12/15. They gave us the tracking and said it usually takes ***** days to arrive from shipping date. Status showed shipping date was 12/6. We expected them to come by 12/18 or 12/21 latest per their communication. We kept checking the status and status kept showing **** was awaiting for the package and its stuck in NY. By 12/22 we saw status showed delivery scheduled for 12/26. We filed for refund as they will be useless arriving after Christmas. Several round of communication back and forth and still no outcome as they keep insisting its coming!The total amount paid was $195.09. We need your help to get our refund and warn other consumers. I placed an order October 9 via paypal. No confirmation email from the company. No tracking. Finally I opened a paypal dispute November 4 when I heard nothing from the company. Order amount $136 for Christmas pajamas. I needed them for a family Christmas photo shoot that came and went. I ordered clothes elsewhere in the meantime. The items finally arrived on Novemeber 29 - 50 days later. Now the company says if I want to return them I have to pay for shipping to ***** on my own which is expensive or they will offer me a 10% refund. They advertise ***** day business days shipping time. They missed that by 1 month according to my calculations. This seems like false advertising and no one should have to wait 1/6 of the year for seasonal items and then be told they are basically out $130. I placed an order(# BPP58534) on April 4th, 2023 for a shirt($21.90) and a baby onesie($16.90). I received a confirmation email on April 4th stating they received my order and attached a tracking link as well. The total of this purchase(with tax) is $45.70 which was deducted from my bank account via PayPal. After 18 days, I checked the status of my shipment. The tracking information stated Label created, not yet in system on the **** website. I attempted to message the company through ******** as that is their requested form of communication(red flag, I know). I have included those messages in this report. They reassured me that my order would ship and I would receive it in about 2 weeks because it was coming from *****. I was very understand at first. I even received 2 emails stating that my shipping status had changed, but it never actually changed. I have requested a refund multiple times, but their automated message on ******** messenger states Thank you for letting me know this information~Due to the current holiday, our customer service is temporarily not online Please leave your questions and needs, and our customer service will deal with it for you immediately after work thank you for understanding That is the same message I received two weeks ago when I tried to figure this whole thing out. I ordered 13 shirts 5 weeks before Christmas for my family to wear. I received 12 and emailed them to advise them on 12/18. They are trying to tell me they sent it in two separate shipments which is absurd that they would send 12 in one and 1 single shirt by itself AFTER i emailed them that it was not with the other order. As of 1/1/23 still have not gotten it, emailed them to get a refund and told them 2 of the other shirts shrank so badly they couldn't be worn. They are still lying about the one shirt being sent, had the audacity to ask if I had received it in response to my email telling them I have not gotten it and now it's too late and I wanted a refund for the other 2 as well after spending over $200.
