This complaint was also made against LIC # ****** Which some of the was completed and paid for with proof of receipts with on the following dates: 6/18/2021 , 07/26/2021,08/05/2021, 09/15/2021, 09/21/2021 some of the time under a revoked lic... but the same employees they have now with the new company that also did a lot of the work Lic : ****** dates of service :10/15/2021,12/10/2021, 8/2/2022 and still has car with yet to fix the work it went in for. Doing work on both LIC on our truck same individuals the whole time Our truck has been in and out of this shop more times than we can count in the last year with this repair shop. During that time we have noticed that they have changed the name of their company and at times over the last year we just saw that they have been doing repairs on our truck while their license was revoked unknowing to us. They have made at least $15,615 plus on our truck so far in just a year and currently are trying to charge us / our warranty over $14,000 to fix some items that have already been repaired by them over the last year. Some of the items such as the exhaust system which are under manufacturer warranty .. they had to take the cab off and are trying to charge us and our warranty to do this even though the repair is a warranted item and before they had approval from the warranty company that this work was approved. Since we told Marcelos / Certified Smog & Repair we would not be giving them any more money. . Regarding the entire exhaust system.. We called to complain about this issue like a week after we got the truck back in Jan 2022 after this complete repair was done.. they knew about the issue we were having and this was never a problem before the worked on our truck. They have had the truck since 8/2 did not start anything on the truck until 8/16/2022. They have not touched our truck since 8/16/2022 .....Nothing has been done to our truck for almost two months. They need to finish and not charge us another dime.
