    August 2, 2022, I purchased a replacement trampoline **** from Trampoline and More online for $84.73. I received the ****, and it was the wrong size. I emailed the company, and they told me I could go online and purchase a return shipping label for $19.70 which I did. I returned the ****, and I received an email verifying that they received the product. In the email the lady also told me that my refund would be in my bank account within ***** business days. To this day I have never received my refund. I have called several times and emailed the lady back several times. I never get a response anymore. When I call, no one answers and I leave a message every time, never getting a phone call back. I have now spent $84.73 on a **** and $19.70 shipping it back to the company to never get a refund. I feel like I have been scammed.

    I paid for a new trampoline mat for a 13 foot frame trampoline . Everything arrived on time. Item was not correct and we started process with company to return. We paid 20 dollars to trampolines and more to return via ****** I received confirmation on November 22, 22 that return was delivered. I allowed 2 days for processing as directed and waited 14 business days for refund. Never received any money back. I have paid for ******* and return shipping and ordered correct mat from a different location. They will not return any calls or emails. I spent 80 dollars for the mat and 20 dollars for the return.

    On September 7th 2022, Order #***-290602 I purchased a trampoline pad for $246.27, but they never sent me the pad. I have called them over 10 times and emailed them, but they dont answer and will not return my calls or emails. I would like wither the product or a credit back to my credit card

    I placed an order with this company on November 19, 2022 for an enclosure system and a trampoline mat. The website said it would all be shipped in 4-6 business days. I received the trampoline mat quickly, but have yet to receive the enclosure system. The enclosure system costs $169. I emailed them in mid-November and they responded saying it was being shipped from a different warehouse and was yet to be processed. Since then, I have reached out by phone and email many many times and haven't received a response. At this point, I believe my money was stolen by this company. I want a refund. Order #***-291281

    10/11/22 purchased a trampoline **** and pad. Received it 3 weeks later. It was the wrong size so followed the process to return it. Was given the option of paying for a return label for ***** which I did and have never received it to return it and get the correct size. I have left over 10 emails and voicemails and still have not received the return label from them. I received one email that said they were resending it to my email and it would be ***** hours. Still have not received anything. Please help at this point I just want all my money back for this mat that is the wrong size and to go to another company to get a replacement trampoline mat.

    I purchased a trampoline mat on or about August 8, 2022 and have yet to receive the product. I have sent various emails and only get an apology for the delay. I have tried calling but no one calls me back or answers I am very dissatisfied with the service

    I ordered trampoline mat from this company in May of 2022. They sent me a mat but it was the wrong size and not what I ordered. I contacted them and ***** told me they could make me one but I would have to wait until July 20th to get it. I had ordered from them 8 years ago and so I trusted them. I sent the first one back and was in touch with them about the one that they were making for me. I contacted ***** on the 20th of July by email and he told me the mat had shipped but would be delayed at the port, I could expect it by the end of the month. I never received it. I have contacted them so many times by email, online chat and telephone. At first they just said they would call me back or have ******************* me. Now they hang up on me when they find out it is me and won't return any calls or emails. I just want them to either refund my money or send me my mat. And I also don't want them to be able to scam other people.
