      05/11/2024 time 11:25am cst Order# **** Svc Chk 2 I am asking for $23.00 the price for the *** TIP I did not receive and having to drive back and argue with ******* for an item I had already paid for..... I called in two (2) separate orders on Saturday. I picked the orders up approx. 11:50. When ******* brought the orders to me, she was no in a good mood, so I paid and got my orders. When I got home, I did not see the baked potatoes spoke with ***** who apologized and upgraded my baked potatoes. When I went to pick them up ******* started arguing with me that I should not be getting those potatoes and don't expect then in the future. VERY VERY RUDE *** ANGRY. Mind you ***** offered them to me I just want my potatoes. The order I supplied was for Sunday Mother's Day. Everything was fine except. When I opened the Tri Tip it was not as pictured. I was left over chopped up pieces with *** sauce all over them. I know the *** is suppose to be on the side so what I got was left over piece from the previous night. I did not have ONE slice piece of meat it was more like Chopped Beef, and it was only 2 spoonful's and I mean eating spoons. I ended up having to cook because we did not have enough for 4 people. Not what I had planned. I want my money back for not getting the beef and something done to ******* for me having to fight to get some potatoes I had paid for and didn't see. I am putting this on my YELP and ****** review and social media (IG, ********* X and Tick Tock)

      BJs only gives me one month to use my $10 in rewards that I earned. This is not enough time since I dont have a BJs in my area. It is 45 minutes away. I am requesting a $10 gift card from BJs since it does not expire and I can use it whenever I want with plenty of time to do so.I asked BJs and they balked at the idea. I disagree and believe it is unfair because I spent $100 to get a $10 reward. It was earned and should not be taken away after only one month.

      I am a part of a softball team and there is 5 families that always go out to eat in Sunday's after our games today is the 3rd time we have gone to a bjs location twice at ********* location and this last time at the ******** location they have turned our party away for to many people. Our bills come out to an average of $400-$600 The fact that we keep getting turned away is absolutely ridiculous!

      I went to the BJ's ********************************* in Desert Ridge in *******, ** (***************************************************************) on 5.20.2023 at 7:30 pm MST approx with a party of 6. The server who was a lady was very rude. Her face was grumpy and everything we requested her; she always kept on saying; it cannot be done; let me see. In a 2-3 mins time; we wanted to change our Beer choice; she did not accept the change. Moreover; she was always potrayign a grumpy rude face on **. Lastly; when we send her the checks giving tips over 10 USD on the total bill; she came back to ** and was very rude stating that she does not accept our tips amount. This is very unexpected and we want full refund. I will ensure I let my friends know about this server and not to visit this Desert Ridge restaurant in the future. WE WANT FULL REFUND AND APOLOGY.

      I was given a gift subscription to the company's beer club. The subscription is supposed to begin the day that it is redeemed, and last for the remaining days in a current two month period, and 5 following two month periods. The two month periods are ******** March/April, May/June, July/Aug, Sept/Oct, and Nov/Dec.I went to sign up on March 2, 2023 (meaning that the period should end on the last day of February, ****). However, the membership only went until the end of December, 2023. I tried contacting the company twice, to let them know they were not providing the full term that had been paid for in violation of their written agreement. However, they never responded.

      I've had almost every order wrong and would like one order to go right so I don't have to wait five days to get reimbursed and then wait again for another that's wrong I want one order right about $50.00 was gone and they say wait seen nothing 02/25/2023 2:06 just want a good order I understand then trying to fix it but come on two orders that they delivered personally out of the rest all cold bad or give me something that might take me to the hospital cause I'm allergic to

      I was with my brothers and after paying the cheque i suddenly found that the restaurant charged me more than the cheque by $20 and this is dishonesty to steal customers money.

      I ordered glasses 6 weeks ago from the BJs Wholesale Store optician in ************* and they are still not ready. The optician does not return my calls or emails. When she has answered the phone, she says she has a customer and will call back, but she does not call back. Please call me at ************. I would like my glasses or my money back. Thank you.
