    We have been trying to get this issue resolved for months. The short story is, my wife needed to convert a word document to PDF and found this service online. The cost was less than 2 dollars I think. We had no need to do more than that one document and we didn't need a monthly access to that service. We have tried numerous times to get to someone on that website to end these charges but they say they need an account number that we never had. The bank has contacted them and got refunds for past charges, but the bank says they cannot stop the charges. We must contact the service. The service says we need to supply an account number. We need your help to fix this. We have filed with the *** today

    I signed up for a trial of this software, but after being unable to use it, I cancelled the trial. The company's website states, under Customer Support >Refunds and Cancellations, "We are confident that you will be satisfied with our PDF editing software. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us at ****************************** so we can help to resolve your issues. Were confident that our PDF editing software will meet your needs and expectations and offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied. Our team will process all refund requests within 1 business day of receiving your request."I contacted the company within the 30 days and they refused to refund my money even though they stated, "Upon further review, we found that all charges for your account have failed, and your account was canceled on January 4th.If you believe there was a successful charge, please provide proof of payment so we can investigate further and issue a refund if applicable." I submitted a screenshot of the charge, as requested, from January 24, 2025 in the amount of $44.95. They refused to refund the money and stopped responding altogether even though they claim my account was cancelled on January 4, 2025, but then charged my account on January 24, 2025.

    The business said I apparently set up an account in 2021? But recently in August I signed up for a 7 day trial and then was charged $49.95 for the next 3 months. I myself never authorized this. I escalated the issue to ****** who was NO HELP. So I emailed and called this company. I was told I would receive a refund. However, that did not happen. Then after filing complaints with ****** on them, the merchant agreed to give me a 2 month refund if I closed the case. I only received a 1 month refund when in all reality I deserve all my money back when I never even used this service!
