    Dear TravisMathew Customer Support,I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the quality of the t-shirts I recently purchased from your brand (Order #**********). Despite spending over $200 on these items, the quality has been shockingly poor. The collars warped after only a few uses, and the overall quality deteriorated to the point where I had no choice but to throw them out.I want to clarify that I have been a dedicated customer and have always appreciated the quality of your shorts and polos. However, the t-shirts have not met the standard I have come to expect from TravisMathew.I am requesting a refund for these t-shirts or, alternatively, product credit.     Hello, this is the 3rd time I attempt to reach Travis Mathew. I have been hired as an independent contractor through ****************** to shop two stores of your company: one in ************, ** and the other one in *******, **. Despite submitting a report on-time and being approved for payment, ****************** it NOT paying as promised. Since I was waiting for the payment, I am now beyond the normal return window. I would like to waive off this return window (purchased were made October 9 and November 8) as I'm not interested in keeping the products. Please let me know what I should do to return the items. This is the 3rd time I am contacting Travis Mathew about this matter. Sadly, I am not the only one.     Trying to write a review on the website to expose the poor quality of items and I keep getting blocked by their own website from completing any type of review. They seem to be filtering reviews and only allowing ones that do not question the poor quality of the product. I also uploaded a photo to show the evidence but I still am not able to post any type of review. I haven't seen any other reviews with photos so maybe this triggered a block. Here is the review in words I was going to post:My wife bought me this from Nordstrom last year and after the FIRST wash the ** signature logo on the back of the neck of the pullover immediately lost letters. This makes me super hesitant to purchase any more of their clothing at the price they are asking when this happens. The fabric and fit feels nice, but not any better than some others... I have serious hesitation paying these prices with the experience I had with just a simple logo heat transfer.Not that terrible of a review but does call in question the quality especially for the price and I think that is the issue that the company is trying to hide. This company's product is not high quality.

    I purchased a Father's *** gift for my husband on Wed. 05/3/23 from Travis Mathews in Tampa Bay, ** . Since then my inbox is full of ads from them. I have unsubscribed repeatedly and every time I reach out to them to stop it, they send me a canned response with more ads. I literally have hundreds in my e-mail. I have sent it to spam but I have to clean out my span numerous times a day. There is no way to reach them, I have tried chatting and it's more canned messages and just increases my e-mails every time I try to reach out.

    Ordered 1 pair of shorts and SPAM emails will not stop even though I have unsubscribed over 10 times- been two weeks and they come every day- horrible. I will never buy anything again from them.

    I ordered four items from on 11/27/22 during the "black friday sale". TravisMathew said our order was being partially delivered. On the receipt included with the delivery they claimed to have shipped 3 of the 4 items and charged us accordingly, however they only sent us two items and charged us for three. No information on the fourth item can be found. We've received the Smokey ************ Lunch shirts off the attached receipt. We have yet to receive the ***** Quarter Zip. We have yet to receive the Open Camo Polo. When you go to your order dashboard (I am a rewards member) on the website, the link does not work. The live chat on the website has never worked, nobody picks up the customer service line - I've left voicemails and been on hold for 20 to 30 minutes with no answer. We unfortunately are going to have to report this as fraud to our bank because we are being charged for things we've never received and there is no resolution in sight. You would think they have a little respect for a customer who has placed multiple orders this year.Order Number: **********

    Company offered entry into a drawing in exchange for providing email address. However, the company does not provide a way to unsubscribe from email. Hitting the "unsubscribe" button on the emails, which are sent almost daily, simply takes the user to a general page with no unsubscribe option. Attempting to contact the company via email is impossible, as noted in the attached.
