I purchased the LED Headlight conversion kit along with a lifetime warranty for my car in March 2022. I had one headlight failed, so I tried calling their number on their website on December 18, 2023. When you click on the number from the website on your phone, it dials another number ***************) which immediately rings busy. I then manually dialed the number on their site ***************) and that also immediately rings busy and hangs up. So just in case they were busy due to the last week before Christmas, I sent an email explaining replying from my original order confirmation that I am trying to get a warranty replacement for the failed headlight. They responded the next afternoon on December 19,2023 apologizing for the failure and acknowledged that I had purchased the lifetime warranty. They also explained which I already knew that shipping was not covered on the replacement, and they wanted to confirm the address. I replied as soon as I saw this within 45 minutes confirming the address, also acknowledging that I would have to pay for shipping. I asked how I could pay for shipping and would like to get this done because I am out one headlight. I received no response to this email. One day later, December 20, 2023 I responded following up with my previous email asking how to pay for shipping. No response again. On December 22, 2023, I then sent another email saying this is my 2nd request for an update on paying for shipping. No response again. I gave it until today 12/27/2023 to try and call them again because of no response and tried calling both numbers above several times with the same quick busy signal.So based on this, this is a company that has no intension of honoring a warranty that they make you purchase extra, a product that does not last, no response to customers with services purchased and overall a terrible company to do business with!
