If I could rank them 0 stars I would.They don't follow through with processing paperwork in a timely manner on purpose, causing lapse from month to month. Upon doing all that was required by them to approve an extension, they failed to finish the paperwork due to 'the holiday season break'. No matter what person you speak with they will give you different information, change their story mid call, and even lie to cover up their office errors. The customer service reps are trained to interpret and speak over the customer when trying to have a civil conversation about our loan. The with hold partial payments and charge fees on lingering balances they do not inform their customers about, which can cause for a large amount of money due at the end of loan ot home sale. Within the last 45 days, they have dropped the ball over and over but now want us to come up with another months rent immediately, when we should have been approved for the two month extension in dec. Representative just told my wife on the phone it was approved on Dec 18th but didn't get submitted properly by the office. They want us to resubmit the paperwork again and pay one of the months we were approved to skip and place on end of our loan.
