      Terrible company. Claimed that Im at fault for being hit an uninsured driver that ran a red light. Trying to get them to fix it but no one can seem to find my agent (no one ever called about the claim nor responded ANY of my calls) and now they claim they cant even see my policy. Worthless, incompetent and an all round poor excuse for an insurance company. I wish nothing but the worst

      This company has been bombarding me with phone calls and texts about an insurance quote I didnt request and they are trying to reach someone i dont know. I have clicked stop to opt out from their texts, but they continue to send them. I answered one of the many calls and politely told them, I am not the person they are seeking and didnt request a quote. They just keep sending texts. Whats wrong with these folks?

      I purchased car insurance from Freeway Insurance through an agent named ***** on 11/18/24 at 4:20 PM, paying a down payment of $704 for two months of coverage. However, within an hour of the purchase, I decided to cancel the policy after finding a cheaper option from another provider. I contacted *****, who informed me that he was already out of the office and that I would need to call back the following day, 11/19/24.On 11/19/24 at 9:00 AM, I called Freeway Insurance and spoke to a representative to cancel my policy and request a full refund of $704. Although I received a cancellation email from Progressive Insurance, which I didn't expect (as they never mentioned they were just an insurance broker), I never received any communication from Freeway Insurance.Since then, I have repeatedly tried to reach Freeway Insurance, but they have ignored my calls and even disconnected me while I was speaking with an agent about my refund. It has become clear that Freeway Insurance may be engaging in questionable business practices. I discovered that they charge excessive broker fees that far exceed the actual cost of the insurance policy itself.This company has been unresponsive and unprofessional in handling my request, and I feel that I have been ripped off. I strongly advise others to avoid Freeway Insurance.

      Freeway has been nothing but the best to me I have multicultural insurance and t g ey always get me the lowest rate within coverage needs and acceptable to the state laws. They are always on time at Freeway on ******** ***** idaho ***** and bear nice both have been exceptional and very personable. They always make the changes simple and easy. Thankyou , *. *********

      What a big group of scammers on this office *** needs investigate this scammers knowing they took $595 on an insurance policy scam these shady people do to the public especially ***** ******** is the one broker who doesn't take good responsibility for its clients and with a bad customer service. ***** ******** NEEDS SPECIAL TRAINING AND NEEDS STOP SCAMMING PEOPLE also has lied to me that he sold a policy with an SR22 until I found it out my self that he never added it in what I've requested it the first thing.

      This company is a complete scam. Gives out misinformation. Takes your money with poor service. ******** ******* and ********* ***** were very rude, disrespectful agents. Please dont use this service.

Reviewing the records, we see that you purchased a new policy on 11/02/2024 and the down payment was a total of $256. We see you made a dispute of the down payment you paid on 10/24/2024 for $256.30. However, we are sorry to inform the charge was agreed upon the inception and that was a payment made to initiate the service. Feedback was provided to our agents.
