To: Dynamic Weapon Solutions I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received from your business regarding the two slides I entrusted to you for optic cutting and porting.I personally dropped off both slides over six months ago. Since then, Ive experienced consistent delays, lack of communication, and unprofessional behavior. For several months, you failed to respond to calls, emails, or messages via social media. I was ultimately forced to visit your location in person to retrieve the items, at which point you returned only one slide.The slide I did receive was incomplete and improperly finished, requiring me to take it to a qualified and reputable gunsmith to have it corrected at additional ********** of today, you still have possession of my CZ slide. Despite multiple scheduled appointments to return it, you have repeatedly canceled at the last minute causing me to lose valuable time and income. My son and I brought 2 of our firearms to have some mill work done on the slides to accommodate some halographic sights to be mounted in November of 2024. Five months (April) later we received our slides back with one sight mounted only and the optic was broken. We were told that he could get them warranted and we would have to wait a couple days for them since April (3.5) months later we still do not have our optics we have been told every excuse in the book and now he wont answer our call and we have been blocked on media to current date we have no sights and no answers about if and when were getting what we paid for, which the bill was $915 All we are looking for is what we paid for Please advise and thank youInitial Complaint

Ordered a slide from the company. Was told on website it would be 6 to 8 weeks lead time, since I was returning customer and didnt get my correct order the first time. When contacted at 10 weeks was told standard lead times was 10 to 12 week. At 13 weeks was told another lie at 16 weeks was told it was in painting then after its constant lies. Order # ***** Order placed on: 11/30/2024If I could give DWS ZERO stars, I would. Let me start off by saying Dynamic Weapons Solutions is one of the worst optic cut/slide modification gun smithing companies in **********. I placed my order on 11/30/2024 and was told 6-10 weeks for an optics cut. I received an e-mail on 12/10/24 stating they had received my slide along with my disassembled parts and new suppressor height sights. I paid for the new channel liner to be installed. Fast forward 12 weeks later, I reached out in March via email requesting an update and received no response from the company. I e-mailed three more times and no response. I reached it via Instagram and kept getting the run around, I was promised several times they would check on it and never received a response. They stated they moved shops and have low staffing and to be patient.. so I reached out in May(now 20 weeks) and was told the slide was in ********.. should be 2 weeks or less. Well, 2 weeks passed and another month, we are now in July (7 months since they received my slide) and I have yet to receive my slide. Im extremely disappointed in the lack of transparency and customer service that *** has provided. The company seems to care more about posting on their Instagram stories about off roading then handling customer inquiries. The shop phone rings with no answer. If I knew this is how *** operates, I would have taken my money and slide elsewhere. I attempted to give this company the benefit of the doubt but 7 months for a simple slide optic cut is quite ridiculous. I will not recommend this company to anyone that inquires about it and they will be reported to the better business bureau.Initial Complaint

I ordered a slide from them originally and was quoted 6-8 weeks which is their standard back in December of 2023. It took about 6 months. Then after receiving the slide the optic cut was out of spec so I sent it back for them to fix it sometime in August 2024. After months of being given the run around and no answers and almost no contact I found out they lost the slide and had to cut a new one. Its been several months since that and the last bit of contact Ive had with them was back in February and the slide was supposed to be in the mail then. On April 13th 2024, I thought I ordered a pre-cut slide for $230.00 from Dynamic Weapons Solutions. I was not aware that I had to send my own slide to them and they never contacted me either. I was on their website August 5th 2024 and realized myself that I had to send in a slide. I was going to cancel the order after I realized my error, but I was told on their chat system on their website that I could get a pre- cut slide for $500.00 more. I ordered and paid the $500.00 more for the Pre-Cut slide on 05 August 2024. I was told that it would take 8-12 weeks to receive my new slide. Since the end of April 2025 I have been trying to contact them through chat service on their website, their three different emails, and calling the number they provide on their website. No answer back. Since 02 May 2025, I have been trying to get a refund since the order is almost 9 months late and they won't answer me back. I just desire my money back. I purchased a service for slide milling from Dynamic Weapon Solutions on 1/3/2025. This service requires me to send in my slide which I did. They received my slide and optic on 1/13/2025 verified by an email. The email said 4-6 weeks because they are backed up. I waited 10 weeks and emailed them and got no response. I waited another two weeks and then I messaged them on their chat app on their website. I was then told it would be another couple of weeks. Two more weeks went by and I was told it would be done and shipped next week. That came and went and nothing. I told them to just ship my stuff back and I didnt care if the job was done or half done or what. I requested that they ship it off by the end of the week and they said they would. Friday the next week came and I told them to get me a shipping number and get it sent out. They got me a shipping number and now it has been another week and the shipment is in pre-shipping. I was told by the owner twice now that he would personally take it to the post office and that has not happened. After reading reviews online this is a common theme with this business operation. I have $400-500 dollars of my belongings being held and I cannot get them back. I sent my HK 9000 sk to get milled for a red dot sight doing so the h&********. I was sent OCT 2024. A long time ago. I am never given an accurate account of its were located.I am looking for guidance and suggestions how to get this resolved? I purchased a product from this company back on May 26, 2024. I was estimated ***** weeks. It has now been close to 34 weeks. I attempt to call the business, they dont answer. I leave voice mails and do not receive a call back. I email and chat on their website and also no response. If Im lucky, I will finally somebody on the phone who always seems to give me a different update on my product. However, the constant is that it will be done in a few days and shipped out. This has been going on for 20 weeks. 6 weeks ago I was told it was in shipping, however, no shipping label or tracking number was ever sent to me. After waiting over 7.5 months I decided I would just like a refund as I am done supporting this business. I was informed there are no refunds and I would have to pay a fee to cancel my order. After doing some research on the company it seems as if there are hundreds of similar reviews, where customers cannot get employees to answer the phones. When they do they are told varying updates which is my experience. I have asked multiple times for an honest update on my products and have yet to receive an answer. After over 7 months I would just like my product or a full refund and I can take my business to a real company. I am sure this is not the first BBB complaint you have received about this company, and I can assure you it will not be the last. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
