Two pairs of boots ordered on 4/9/2025 per the order attached. My credit card was charged immediately upon placing the order. After receiving order confirmation, no further correspondence was received from vendor. I followed up via email on 5/7/2025, and received a response on 5/12/2025, that my order would be expedited. No further communication received from vendor. I last emailed vendor again on 6/18/2025. No reply ever received. Either deliver the order or refund the charge to my credit card. **************** is non-existent and atrocious!!!!Initial Complaint

I purchased two pairs of boots size 10 from this vendor on or about Aug 6, 2024 (Order *****). I have yet to receive my order. I have only heard (via email) from an individual representing himself as **** that he will look into it and apologizing for the delay but I get no real answer. I paid a total of $390 USD for the boots. I had purchased various boots from this vendor in the past and never had this issue. I noticed the website does not indicate the boots are out of stock. In fact they have a sale for the same boots. I contacted the vendor 5 times and I never get a clear answer or even my boots. In April *******, I purchased a third pair of boots thinking those would be delivered soon because those too show to be in stock (Order:89915). I reached out last month and the individual using name of **** respond and apologizes and said he would get back to me but I dont get answers. To date I have yet to hear answers from this vendor and I paid a total of $289.75 for this pair of boots. These are not cheap and I am a loyal customer but this is just ridiculous. I dont even know if this company is even in business and have become suspicious that maybe someone had taken over the website to scam customers. Please help meInitial Complaint

My order number is ***** and ordered Classic ******* boots on 5/3 and paid $289.75. After placing the order, I received no status updates until I reached out on 5/9, at which point I was told that the shoes I ordered were out of stock when there being no indication of this at the time of purchase.I then asked when the item would be back in stock or for the refund to be processed, but I have received no further updates. It has now been a month since I placed the order, and I have received nothing, no product, no update, and no refund. I tried to contact them multiple times but got no response. I purchased a pair of boots from this vendor for $306.75 (including shipping) on 7/27/24, which I never received. Ive sent a total of 26 emails to their staff and they have responded to 6 of those emails (screenshots attached below), they usually acknowledge the issue, promise theyll escalate to a supervisor and then nothing happens. The boots were initially purchased on 7/21/2024. The "THE CLASSIC BLACK ******* BOOTS" in a size 12. I ordered them when they were on back order and understood I would have to wait a bit for them to be back in stock.The first time I reached out was on 8/22/2024. I received a reply on 9/6/2024 telling me the back order status. However, during this time I have seen multiple (still being posted too) posts on their social medias talking about their restocks and specifically showing off the "CLASSIC BLACK ******* BOOTS" as one of the restocked pairs. I received no messages back on their Instagram account December 1st, 2024. Every time I would reach out, I receive an automated message and eventually a follow up from an "****" saying "Hello ******,Let me follow up once more, and Ill make sure to provide you with an update as soon as I hear ********* Regards,****"This is an obvious scam of a business as I'm not the only person that has had an experience like this. I purchased a pair of boots from Oro Los Angeles in May of 2023 and I still haven't received them. I have been in contact with who is supposed to be their customer service department many times and they have asked me to choose a different product due to the one I ordered being out of stock. They even gave me a list of products to choose from that were available for immediate shipping. I chose from those products on November 22nd 2024 and I still have not received them.Initial Complaint

On 2/22/2025, I ordered (Order #*****) "THE ALICANTE CREPE ******* BOOTS" (Size 13 US / ** 46) from ************************** for $289.75 immediately after receiving a restock email alert for this specific item. Payment was processed, and the order was confirmed via ******** of 3/26/2025, over one month later, I have not received the boots or any shipping/tracking information, contrary to the confirmation email.Over the past month, I have emailed ORO customer support multiple times regarding my order status. Their responses have been severely delayed, often taking weeks. When they finally replied, support stated the boots were oversold, and they could not fulfill my order.This explanation is highly questionable because:1. I ordered immediately upon receiving their restock alert.2. Since being told the boots were oversold, I have received at least two more restock alert emails from ORO for the exact same boots (size 13 US / ** 46), including one as recently as 3/25/2025.This situation suggests poor inventory management or misleading sales tactics (accepting orders/sending alerts for unavailable items). The extremely slow email support and the direct contradiction between their "oversold" claim and ongoing restock alerts are unacceptable.
