The people that work there are not nice and that is ok - you don't have to be nice although it would be good. The doctors are not very nice, that is ok. I've mostly dealt with a vet named ******* and he comes off really arrogant. However, they are *****, vindictive and cowardly; they enjoy bullying customers. Now, I recently took my dog for an anti-allergy shot. When one of the techs took my dog, he pulled on the leash pretty roughly and I did not like that. I did not say anything to the guy but when I spoke to the vet *******, I did mention just that in a professional and calm manner. I wasn't rude. The guy arrogantly listened to me and said I misinterpreted the situation although he did not see it obviously. He thank thanked me for bringing it to his attention. About a week later, I got a latter from the Beach City Animal Hospital telling me that they did not want me as a customer at either this location or their second location Warner Avenue Hospital. So, they refused to have me as a customer because I had the audacity to say that I did not like something about my last interaction. The letter was not signed, it was typed in it entirety and ended with Beach City Animal Hospital Staff. That is what I call cowardly.Now, when I said they enjoy bullying their customers because they are ***** and vindictive, here is what I meant. When they sent me my dog's medical history, they added "FIRED" between my first and last name. That is so *****! I was astounded that a business would do something like that. First of all, you don't get to fire your customers, we don't work for you. Second, it is an official document! I have forwarded this document to my new vet without reviewing it closely because I had not idea that something like that could happen in our country?I will definitely take this to the appropriate authorities.
