    Inaccurate information. I searched myself to see what happened. I got a detailed report on myself and several others with my same name or like names. In my opinion, the older platforms to search people Ive used in the past have been more people friendly.

    Information on report is old. Address is wrong, I moved 4 years ago. Email is years since it was active, first phone number hasn't been used in 10 years.Information is outdated and wrong. Location has me in Texas.I have NEVER lived in *****.

    Not very accurate re addresses and name, relatives, etc only things correct were criminal backgrounds.

    I have not received my report as of yet and I also want to know why your company tried to charge my account almost $200.00!!! This is horrible service with inaccurate or false information. I'll never use it again and WHERE is my REFUND???

    Not accurate or up to date. Dashboard covered much of report. Did not contain material as advertised. Retrieving or finding Information dificult. A complete waste of money.
