    No information that I didnt know, like the other reviews said there were criminal records but then none revealed the same thing Ive been getting for months not satisfied at all .

    Information missing. Emails not listed. Says the person got married at the age of 5. Social media not accurate. Total waste of money

    This website is a joke! I searched myself and EVERY box was checked off. Unbelievable!!! There are so many falsehoods. I am irate because if someone searches my name, they will believe the information they're reading, and it is simply untrue. So much for PeopleWhiz's searches! Did they hire 10-year-olds to work do the work for them?

    I thought I would get more information for my money. What I received was information I already had so this was not enlightening. To get more information I had to upgrade for another $19.99. I do not think value was worth the money I spent.

    This site is a joke! About the only thing you had right was my name. It had so much missing info concerning my immediate family & the info it did list was incorrect. I wish I would have seen these reviews before I purchased it, I wouldn't have wasted my money on it, it is a total rip off!!! I was married for forty years and my wife just passed away in 2021 but they said I was never married & had no info concerning her. I will be doing everything I can do to get a FULL refund or I will do all I can do to shut this site down!!!!!

    The report my search generated was not sufficient. I purposely ran a check on someone who has been convicted of a DUI and this report came back with no record of that. (Convicted, not just arrested) This site could not even provide a date of birth. For $27 I received less formation than if I had run a ****** search. What I really dislike is that before I paid money, this site was gathering information on my requested search, and it said criminal information has been detected. Yet after I paid money, the report said there was NO criminal information! Since I had paid for 1 month I decided to search other names and every single search did the same thing. Criminal records have been detected, but nothing was found in the report. This is false advertising. AND after paying money for the report it THEN says you have to pay even more money to get additional information! Again, this was never disclosed prior to my first payment. If I could leave zero stars I would.

    One final comment; when you pay $27 for your one month access to reports, you are automatically enrolled in auto renew. This was no surprise as many accounts do this. What was a surprise is that you cant unsubscribe from the auto renew unless you call them. Total inconvenience. In this day and age of automation this should be a feature you can unsubscribe from online.
