  Very disappointed, didnt give me much information at all, really want to cancel it right now, and get a refund . I want it cancelled right, will not pay on my charge.

  I would give you zero stars if I could. What you indicate you provide to those who take a chance and pay for your report, is offered by many competitive companies who provide the same. I use of them and by far, your search results are the worst I have ever encountered.More importantly, what others here are already experiencing and communicating back to you, is the fact that you completely miss-represent what you will deliver, BEFORE a trusting consumer pays for your initial report.In my opinion, you are providing very false and misleading advertising at best, and perhaps worse, some might potentially make a claim of fraud since they are investing money in a service, while relying on what you represent you will deliver, which is completely false.You failed to deliver anything of value for the price I paid and in my opinion, completely miss-represented what you would be providing, before I made my purchase decision. I REQUEST A FULL REFUND AND IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION OF MY ACCOUNT.

  Apart from my current address, two of my previous addresses and my son's name the rest was totally wrong. The first and last name was ok but middle name was not mine. I am currently in the process of rectifying these errors. There is a fair amount of information in the report sadly, none of it has anything to do with me. I would say 99% of the report is not related to me at all,I suggest they include a middle name in the search criteria to help narrow things down. My social security number was not even found!! Having to pay extra money for a more detailed report seems pointless and is not mentioned when you first sign up to get a report. They should explain this right from the outset,

  It was full of miss information. Addresses were wrong, family wrong,, all reports had errors. I QUIT

  There really wasn't much information on the report. Like on the social part where it supposed to tell you what social platforms they were on but nothing came up even tho I know for certain that he was on some of them.

  Not sure why I tried this, just curious. Report was very basic, needing to spend miore money for more information - NOT ACCEPTABLE. Information I did get was barely OK, had error and missing basic stuff. Would like to cancel, as I will never use this again. Would maybe give 2 or even 3 stars, but I feel you were not honest about how little I was getting for my money, and more money required to get more info.
