This company is selling my personal information. When I attempt to opt out, it is asking for my driver's license. I requested my information to be removed from the site, and it was not. I did not authorize this company to use any information obtained about me, nor did I authorize the sale of this information. This site puts myself and millions of others at risk of identity theft and personal injury.

I would like this company, and its affiliates, to remove all my data from their data bases immediately and permanently. Peoplewhiz requires my drivers license, proof of I.D., before removing my data. They already have more information than I am willing to share publicly and am not comfortable providing addtional data, my proof of I.D., to an unknown entity. I would like confirmation that the removal of my information has taken place, without my license information.

PeopleWhiz is a data broker, published my personal information. I requested them to remove my personal information. But now they are phishing for more information like my drivers license/ID to remove my account. This is totally a scam and putting myself as a potential candidate for identify theft. I want them to remove my personal information immediately.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 22406857, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

At the same time, I am frustrated with such data brokers, they are phishing for more sensitive information like driver's license, address, etc like a blackmail to remove the data they collected without any consent from the user. They may say they do not store such data, and do these people trustworthy? if so, we wouldn't have had this issue at the first place.

    Regards,

    Pathmanathan Nimallan

Website has my data published. The website will not remove my data without me providing a copy of my ID which feels unsafe and unnecessary. Why would I provide a data company with my ID information so they can have even more information to publish about me? I want my name and all information removed from this website and affiliates

Norton 360 reported PeopleWhiz as selling my personal information. The company's Opt Out information at ************************************************* states you have to first run a report on yourself to get to the Opt Out request. 20 min later after running person report as stated and paging through 3+ screens, there was never any option to Opt out. There was only an option to log in or create a profile to get a personal report. I want the company to remove my information from their website and prevent any sales of personal information.

I am requesting that PeoplesWhiz delete all info they have on myself, but they ask for an ID (i.e. Drivers License) which I will not give them. I do not give out that kind of info. It makes no sene that we are even asked for this ID. Did they ask for an ID when they added me to their DB? I want all my info deleted. I also do not want it re-added again 3 months from now.
