  Rodney was prompt, efficient and thorough. He patiently helped us through each step of the process, including answering all of our questions and pointing out issues we had not considered. Completing the trust was an excellent experience for us and we are confident our estate objectives have been achieved.

  When we're young, we tend not to think of our eventual future which if not tended to will cause significant hardships for our loved ones. I would like to say "through no fault of our own", (not true) My wife and I are now in poor health and we needed help fast to get a trust in order. Mr. ******************** was absolutely outstanding moving his schedule to accommodate us. Is he the cheapest out there? Probably not however his service and commitment to getting our trust completed was well worth the small amount it cost us over a cheaper competitor. I can not express our gratitude and now a sense of well being due entirely to his expertise in handling our situation.   My Daughter and I meet Rodney, at the home improvement show in ******. After my daughter got a raw deal from a family home, she was determined not to ever let that happen again. So many venders there punching their products. We noticed Rodney was not trying to oversell his product or services. We soon found out he didn't have to, his work is precise, and very professional he was able to help us understand what we needed and what would be sensible to reach our intended goal. All with a calm helpful demeanor, that put us at ease immediately. His pricing wasn't all over the board we knew exactly what to expect to pay. He set up a phone meeting with us, so we could ask as many questions as it took. He made sure the legal jargon was absolutely clear. The one thing that I really appreciated was his understanding of my daughter's crazy work hours and worked with her to find the day and time that worked for her not him. As I am a ******** for timing, I was so impressed when he was on the phone exactly when he said he would be. If you're in need of this kind of work you would only be doing yourself good to reach out to Rodney G, Jones. You will not be disappointed.

  Rodney was pleasant and easy to work with. We completed our family trust with the help of his expertise. He explained everything that we wanted to know abut our trust and guided us throughout the process. We have been wanting to get this done and when we finally decided to work with Rodney, he was there for us. We consulted on the phone, he sent us a draft for review, we asked questions, he answered our questions, we had a face to face meeting and during this meeting he gave us great insights and signed documents for the final draft, then he sent us our completed draft and next thing you know our trust was finished. All along, we thought this was going to be difficult, but Rodney made it so easy and convenient for us. Thank you Rodney!

  Rodney G. Jones was professional in every possible way. Rodney was on time each scheduled meeting. He explained our options thoroughly before moving forward with the trust.   I first met Rodney at my local Home Improvement Show. He was very delightful to speak with. He assisted me with my estate planning. He is very professional yet personable, informative and knowledgeable. He made the process seem so effortless. He is communicative and available when needed.   Rodney was very helpful in setting up our trust. There was some special circumstances that required more effort to resolve. Rodney went the extra mile to make sure everything was done correctly with no extra charge. Getting this done took a big weight off of my shoulders. Thank you Rodney!!

  My husband and I always talked about putting together a trust but kept putting this task off for years. We finally decided to do something about it when we met Rodney Jones at the Fresno Home Show a few months ago. He was very easy to talk with and put us at ease from the moment we met him. Subsequent telephone calls to discuss our will/trust was professional, informative, and easy to understand. Rodney was extremely patient with us when we asked questions and fast to respond to any email sent to him for clarification. He made this process so easy and stress free! My husband and I are very happy with the outcome and thrilled we can now cross off "will/trust" from our list of things to do!

  I had been putting off setting up a trust for a long time, not too sure how to go about it, etc. A friend recommended Rodney to me and I'm so glad I called him! He listened to what I wanted, structured the trust to fit my needs and was so easy to work with. I was instantly comfortable with him, and found him to be knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and courteous. I totally recommend him to everyone wanting to set up a trust, and making your loved ones lives a whole lot easier for after you pass on!
