    Do not take your family pet to see Dr. ****** ******. She is a stresser, rude, accuses you of not taking care of your pet, according to her rules, ha!! She argues immediately. You have to really go up against her to defend your action. Whi the h*** wants to pay astronomical rates to be treated like your a bother?? S**** her!!

    Dont ever go there they are idiots. They have no clue of what theyre doing and they lie about what they did in treatments. They allhave attitudes and the doctors have no say so. Its all ran by a bunch of a******* that just want to make money, but they have big one coming they will continue to fail, and people will continue to file claims against them until they shut down They deserve no stars

    Do not go to Animal Medical Center.I am so angry that I could cry. A few weeks ago my dog tore it's Dew Claw. The experience ended badly because of the male doctor on duty. I didn't like the male doctor. He couldn't even stand up. He recommended a course of action that wasn't in my pet's interest with a hefty price tag. I went to the emergency clinic in *********** and they removed it fast without any issue.Today, I tried to give this clinic a chance because I did like ************. They refused care to a my dog who can't walk because of my bad review on ******* They said my husband was antagonizing others, which was a lie. These people had parked illegally and wouldn't move their car so we could get out and take our dog somewhere else. I am beside myself. My dog is suffering because she didn't like my review. She now has an image problem. Never go here they are putting their image over pet's lives. I would do zero stars if I could right now. My dog deserves to be cared for by a team who is more interested in pets than their bottom line. I told them to go to h*** on the way out the door, but I believe that there is a special place in h*** for those who hurt others, big and small.

    At 8:05pm I called Animal Medical Center and asked for their address, explaining that our dog was just hit by a car and the only other emergency clinic in our area was full. The receptionist was cruel, responding nope. We close at 9pm and are not taking anyone else. I explained it was only 8:05 and I could be there in 10 mins. She responded sorry no, we close at 9. I asked to speak to a manager and she put me on hold for 5 minutes before hanging up on me. I called back and a different girl answered who also told us not to come there because they closed in 55 minutes. I begged, BEGGED this woman to please let us go there and she refused and then hung up on me, again. Trying to make it to the next closest vet, an hour away, our dog died in my sons arms in the back of our car, bleeding from the mouth and ******, 55 minutes after I begged the facility to help us. I believe if this facility had tried to help, our dog couldve had a chance to live by at least stabilizing her until we could be transferred. I called the Animal Medical Center today and informed them what happened and the manager stated sorry but we have lives to live. We want to be off by 9. He then hung up on me. A friend of mine also called to which he said the same thing. When she reminded him they were not to close for another 55 minutes he responded, are you done? Are you done? Now youre done.. and hung up on her. Several other members of the community have tried calling that facility in hopes of somebody being held accountable, and each time their staff has been cruel, condescending, and hung up on them, refusing to provide the manager's name. Its one thing to lose our family dog, but in such a way that they werent willing to help was very traumatic and inhumane. I am dumbfounded how this manager is employed or how this vet facility is still under-serving and hurting our community. Staff needs to be held accountable and immediate changes made.

    @ 1:43 p.m. on 1/25/24 I called this office today to see if they could cut my elderly cats nails and the girl on the phone stated that they could do it for a cost of $56.00! I stated that I thought that was a lot of money, she stated that they just recently had to increase their prices. I said that they were the first vet I contacted and that I would be calling other vets for their prices. I then asked if I could get her name, as my process is I note the date, time and name of individuals I speak to in any given situation. She stated that she could not give her name, I questioned why, and she stated that they were receiving a lot of harassing calls and I stated, "well, I'm not harassing you I would just like to have the name of the person who is quoting me a price for a service". She again stated that she would not give me her name, I then informed her that I guess I wouldn't be using their service to which she responded, "that's fine with me!" I said, "so you are turning away a paying customer, that doesn't seem like good customer service", to which she hung up on me.

    DO NOT TAKE YOUR ********!! We took our puppy here to have vaccinations done and later in the day the dog had an allergic reaction, I understand this is a possibility, side effects happen. We then took the puppy in to be treated for the reaction and they told me they would give him nausea medication, fluids to keep him hydrated (via fluid they injected and had a sack on his back. We were told it was to slowly hydrate him) and allergy medication. They took the dog to the back and I was not allowed to go with him. They finished then proceed to come out with a bill that has a charge for a fee because we came during the doctors lunch when we were told to bring the dog in immediately. We took the dog home and a few days later notice a large laceration on his right arm. We were never once told to put a cone on him to prevent him from licking or irritating the incision. We didnt even know they made an incision on him. We have been trying to have him seen to get the laceration taken care of and we have tried other vets because of our bad experience but they referred us back to *** and we get the same answer we are not accepting walk ins at the moment I can only imagine what they are going to charge for there negligence. My dog came back terrified and wouldnt allow me to pick him up for days. Please find a different vet! My dog came back terrified and wouldnt allow me to pick him up for days.

    This Veteran Office is refusing to treat my Dog (Tiny) who needs regular heart medication, because I left a negative review regarding their customer service on Google review. I was attempting to renew his medication as I have done many times before, and always having to go through so much negativity such as "we have no record of Tiny" "Tiny has never been seen here before" or "are you sure it is this office" " OR " we have no update on his records at that I need to bring Tiny in" I then respond "you guys took my $60.00 yesterday"
    This place does not know what is going on with customers pets, you can call three different times and ask the same question and get three different answers.
    This place needs a manager in place to direct and supervise these employees, they refuse to give me there name, they refused to give me corporation # they refused assist me in any way. All because I gave a negative review. I just needed at the least three pills to get me to another appointment with another clinic. Stay very far away from this place..

    This is the absolute last place you want to bring your pets. I WAS a client of this clinic for atleast 20 years. The last time bringing a pet found the front office clerk to be profoundly rude. I made several attempts at reaching the so called Office Manager Tony who refused to return my calls. I had no other recourse but to leave a review. An attempt was made to bring 2 additional dogs in for care and this highly professional Office Manager Tony flagged my account indicating they would no longer provide me service. So rather than take constructive critical this is how they take care of their customers. They don't care about the pets but rather want to act like immature children to get back at the customers. Tony you suck and I implore anyone thinking of bringing your gives pets here, DON'T!!!!! Look at the reviews they get. Not so good. I wonder why. Look at their BBB rating D-.

    DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE. Horrible service and disrespectful staff. My dog is clearly ill, bleeding and wont stand up. Yet they refused to even look at her.
