      I purchased tax cut on 2/8/24 and received the code in a follow up email. Today (3/27/2024) I completed my Returns and tried using the given code to efile Federal Return first time. It gave me the error code that it has been used to the maximum times allowed. I will call the store tomorrow and hope its not a fraud.

      Although the unbeatable price made me nervous ("too good to be true"?) the transaction was completely legit and painless. The required "license key" was right there on the download page, download occurred instantaneously, installed & ran software - every aspect was flawless. I'll be back!

      I purchased 2023 H&R Block tax software from this store in January 2024. The activation code was provided in a separate email shortly after the purchase. However I was not able to use the activation code until March (when tax returns are submitted). The activation code was already used and I had to pay to submit my electronic return to the *** (with a proper activation code, it would have been free). I contacted the store several times but never heard back. After looking up the store on bbb.org, I can see this store engages in fraudulent business regarding activation codes on a regular basis. I would highly recommend not doing any business with "The PC Connect Store". Based on all of the defensive responses the owner posts against other customers with similar issues. I can see the owner spends more time trying to cheat people out of money rather than just working hard (and honest) to earn it. Pretty sad. I will stick with reputable vendors in the future.
