    I had a wonderful experience with Golden Law Firm. Very professional and handled my case with compassion. I'm debt free and very pleased with Golden Law Firm.

    The company is a rip off.. they dont help you. They rob you. Im more in debt and my credit is ruined. Made payments for months and they didnt settle anything. And of course nothing in escrow and they said it was used for their fees. All lies

    I was lied to and wish I had read these reviews before signing with them. I signed up for a 30 month plan of $552 to hopefully and thankfully settle my debt. One of the creditors filed with the courts and I received a summons. I was scared and made a one time good faith payment til I could contact Golden law. I thought they were going to address this. Well they did not and now my wages have been attached. They have cleaned out my bank account taking over $3000. I am struggling now to make it with my 2 children still at home. I am a single parent and life is tough enough. They have lied from day one. They said no additional funds would be needed and now they want additional funds sent in. I was barely making it with paying them $552/month but thought I could manage it for 30 months. Needless to say not all the debts are even close to being resolved. They did settle a few but not what was discussed. Shame on Golden law for preying on so many people in need. Run don't walk away from these liars. I am not sure what my next steps will be but my hands are tied til my wages return to normal. I hope I can catch a little break somewhere soon.

    I respectfully and regretfully disagree with response. Barb is who I initially spoke with before signing contract stated to me " no additional funds would be needed. If you want to send in extra monies that would shorten your 30 months time." I explained 552 dollars is a lot of money I would not be able to make additional payments and she stated that would be alright. The statement above about being transparent is incorrect. That creditor was in our contract and they never stated they would be unable to deal with them or that I would have to take them on myself I thought that is what I was paying them for. I did not ask for more only for help with what was set up in 2020. By the way so people know if you cannot afford to keep paying them hence my wages being attached they will make additional attempts to withdrawal the money. I explained my bank account was cleaned out and they still made the attempt. Another BOOM they will immediately place your other debt still owed on your credit score to of course rub salt in the wound. I only want anyone else reading this be advised please do your homework. Get a real reputable attorney to assist you. This place apparently has ways around the law so familiarize yourself with all your options. This was a hard lessoned learned and I am out of a lot of money. I wanted to do what I thought was right and pay what I could with the help of people who I thought would walk me through this process. I feel they dropped the ball and let me down. I also read on here that even though they told me 30 months it would have ended up being longer. What is up with that. Maybe that is a "loophole"
